I was skeptical at first just from reading the comments, I should have followed my gut instincts. Got there on Friday November 3rd around 11:15 Drove 20 mi only to be told by the black cashier no one knows how much it's going to cost just to replace the zipper on my jacket. I told her I'll go somewhere else then she followed me out of the store mumbling some words I couldn't understand I just kept walking. I wish I could give it zero stars. Less

I took a couple articles of clothing here to be dry cleaned and the service could not be better. I needed them quickly for a work trip and the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and made sure I had them in time. Julian's Dry Cleaners is definitely my top choice! Less

Tried to charge me $240 to dry clean a wedding dress -- a simple one with a single layer of fabric and no beads or appliques or really anything fancy. Straight up wedding tax because it's a white dress. I declined and had another item (a skirt) dry cleaned anyway. They asked for all my contact info including my phone number, email, and home address. What? Here's how a dry cleaner should work: you bring in your items, you get a ticket and a return date, and you come back and pick up your items. No need for all this personal information to be involved, especially a home address. Then after I picked up my item, I got multiple texts and emails asking me for a review even though I had unsubscribed. Well, here's your dang review. Less
