I called Walker, among other roofing contractors, for an opinion and a quote for both. Geoff came out, I explained the situation, and he found the source of the leak to be a worn out boot around one of the bathroom vent pipes. He climbed up on the roof, replaced the boot, resealed it and also resealed the boot on the other vent pipe. He evaluated my current roof shingles and determined that they were in decent shape and had a few more years left on them. No charge!! Now that’s some pretty unusually effective PR! Thank you! Less
