Great very nice and professional

Drove 7 miles through heavy rush hour traffic AFTER driving an hour to get to Tulsa, for a pair of replacement "domes" for my mother in-laws hearing aids. CALLED TO CONFIRM THEY HAD THEM before going there. Was assured that they did. Walked in, asked for a pair of them and a woman behind the counter did no more then glance at at the old ones and say they don't have anything like that anymore.

Excellent Service from the front desk to the doctor to the person who did the fitting and adjustments. We have been extremely pleased with Cleartone. What a blessing they have been to Mom and the family.

They will test you go over the test results explain your hearing situation show you a printout so you can see exactly where you're here and you said you know what levels and they'll go over what your options are if you need or don't need any type of hearing device. If you do need a hearing aid they can make it right here that day or they can if need be ordered and have you come back. They do accept insurance but if you don't have insurance they also have any house financing where you put so much down it didn't make monthly payments so regardless if you have a hearing needs or lost and need a hearing device or hearing aid with a little bit of a down payment you can get the device you need and be able to hear communicate more effectively and enjoy your exposures with other people and entertainment as well. Hearing aids were very over priced. I felt very pressured to purchase aids.They Need repair much to often. I am very disappointed in them. Soon it will be time for new hearing aids and they will not be from clear tone.

Husband went in in Nov 2018 and we specifically asked about the background noise magnification and told he would get used to it. Went back a couple of times and complained about all the background noise. It is so bad he has to turn them off or remove them. We were told they wanted him to wear them for at least 6mo. I went to get my hearing aid worked on. They cleaned it and put a new battery in it. She also did a recheck of my hearing and explained the results clearly. I was very satisfied with my hearing aid afterwards. I would suggest if you do have a hearing problem to go here they are very efficient and helpful. My experience at Cleartone has been quite refreshing. They are kind, considerate, professional and prompt - well, you don't want them to be too prompt, must have time to devour the complimentary delicious cookies and coffee; always a driving force to return for a cleaning. The person who checked my hearing was also very professional and courteous. The equipment was impressive and I was convinced that David had the correct information to help me hear correctly. He found a way to expedite my order and I was able to get them the very next day. I've had them 6 days now and am amazed at the clarity and how great it feels to hear what others say the first time. I love Clear Tone, they took the time for me. Checked out my health insurance & said that my health insurance would pay the total $2500 for the hearing aids. I didn't know that I had this benefit until they had a contest for free hearing aids with Channel 6. This was a gift that I needed. Thank you for going the extra 5 miles for me. Hearing aids are a necessity.
