I feel supported by the community ,and if I need a workout modified, it never feels I am an inconvenience to the trainers. The trainers explain the movements and make sure you are doing it correctly so you don't injure your self.

I’ve had a great experience at Roadside CrossFit! I’m new to CrossFit and the coaches are always willing to help me modify the work outs to match my current skill level. They give great feedback and work with folks where they’re at. So glad I joined this gym and can’t wait to see more improvements in my ability to complete the workout.

What a great place this has been. My gym had closed down a couple months ago, they were very welcoming from the athletes and Coaches. The coaches are very helpful and explain step by step movements.

Roadside is awesome, there coaching is top notch, facilities are clean and well organized and the WOD's are great. I have been in crossfit since 2010 and have been to many gyms in my travels and our local gyms, Roadside is by far one of my favorites. The coaches have such a great attitude and knowledgeable in Crossfit.

Awesome gym, coaches, workouts, and members! I've been a member of several CrossFit gyms and RSCF is one of the best! It's definitely the most affordable in the area while still offering top of the line training. In fact, there are 3 CrossFit gyms closer to where I live but I choose to drive 20 min across town to be a member at Roadside. The workouts are challenging while also being scalable; so it accommodates to all fitness levels. Every workout is different, so the variety keeps your fitness well-rounded; you'll get stronger while improving your cardio/stamina. It's so inspiring to see member's transformations, personal records, and overall health improve! Along with CrossFit classes there are times for Open Gym, a structured stretching/yoga/recovery class, and seasonal HIIT classes. There are Community WOD days where non members can work-out followed by a potluck/BBQ. There are also hikes set up by the members as well as a run club! For me, what set this gym apart from the rest is the community. From day 1 of my free trial I felt welcomed by the members and coaches. The encouragement and support members have for each other is what sold me on a membership to RSCF. I've been to a few gyms that felt very "cliquey", as if you had to prove yourself before joining the group. There was a lot of ego lifting; putting weight over safety or form. However, during my first workout at Roadside (I think I finished dead last), everyone in the class stopped by with a fist bump and words of encouragement as I lay crumpled on the floor. Yes this is common for CrossFit in general, but not all gym communities are this genuine. After catching my breath I got up and started feeling...great! The feeling of accomplishment I got from getting through a grueling workout was addicting. I was sold. Give the free trial a shot and after the first week you'll already start to feel healthier! Amazing gym. Wish I could give 6 stars. If you're thinking about starting crossfit or you're a seasoned vet, this place is for you. Fairly priced and the coaches are extremely helpful.

Have now been coming for about 2 months. I can honestly say that everyone there is great. All anyone wants is to see each other move forward. I am not the strongest or in the best shape, but the mindset here is to keep moving forward. Little improvements are big changes. I didn’t know what to expect but now I’m hooked and look forward to keep improving myself.
