Grind House Fitness is a fantastic gym. GH offers many different programs from Crossfit to MMA. The coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable. Facility is large and always clean.

Can't recommend this place and the staff enough. They have a wide verity of classes and knowledgeable staff to help you achieve whatever goal you might have. The classes are well thought out and geared for you to maximize your time and effort. I have never had a question they can't answer or a problem they cant help with. All you need do is show up and put in the work.

Grind house has created a welcoming environment that enables me to get the most out of my workouts. Everyone is super cool which makes it fun to workout there. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon!

This gym has everything! I drive about 15 miles just because this gym is one of a kind. Grindhouse has CrossFit, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Strongman and the best coaches and athletic trainers around. It is a true one stop shop!

Grindhouse is a fantastic gym! They are well organized and have a smooth class flow. There are many different classes going on at the same time such as crossfit, Olympic lifting, kids classes…all sorts. And they all run well. It adds to the excitement in the gym. I’ve worked out here since 2014. My experience has been great. Great facility, great coaching, and great programming. They offer a wide range of classes. Such as CrossFit or Olympic lifting. Five stars ***** across the board every day and for every class! I go to multiple classes here at Grind House including CrossFit, striking and weightlifting. Started my son in the youth program following football season to keep him active and progress his skills. He LOVES going to his class! Enjoyed the atmosphere so much decided to join myself for the cross fit classes. Definitely recommend! A great family environment, very welcoming and fun!

Was looking for a box away from home during extended business travel spring of 2018. I have my own programming and finding a box with flexible open gym hours is surprisingly difficult. I reached out, Alyssa responded quickly and was so welcoming. I'd go in, do my thing and never felt out of place.

There is a general strength and conditioning area with CrossFit racks, rings, squat stands, dumbbells, kettle bells, assault.bikes, rowers, tires, sleds, yokes, wall balls. You want to lift something, they probably have it. If that wasn't enough there is also a specialized weightlifting facility attached to the next unit. Not only is the gym great, but Dusty is a very gracious host. I'm a powerlifting coach and strength and conditioning professional. We have talks about training philosophies and methods, and he even let me organize an in-house powerlifting meet to expose his community to my sport. This gym is not close to me, but I don't hesitate to drove through Houston traffic to train in this facility, or talk to Dusty and the other coaches/owners here. Less

Great gym, lots of room, and all the mobility equipment you could want. The one and only negative to my drop in was that they closed at 12:30pm and not 2pm as it stated on their hours. This was something that threw me off since I was in from Austin and not a member who would have know this.

The coaches are very attentive during the workout ensuring that each of us are working to our potential to reach our goals with encouragement! Yesterday, Dusty Gibbons (co-owner), walked up to me introduced himself and shook my hand. Really nice guy! Today, he walked up, said hello, shook my hand and addressed me by name! With as many people that walk thru this gym, Dusty remembered my name! I was blown away! This just gave me another reason why I really enjoy Grindhouse! Chris Jeansonne also, is and has been a great coach! His great attitude and willingness to help is on point! I truly wish I could give more stars!! The coaches and athletes are amazing and honestly the sweetest ever. I know many write that, but I have visited 4 CF gyms and have been with 1 box for almost 2 years before I decided to make the change about 3 months ago. I was definitely scared because no one wants to be "newbie" but I NEVER got that feeling ever. Dusty and Alyssa truly have built a foundation solely on making an athlete feel like home because at the end of the day we are all striving to be the best athlete. I don't do Crossfit anymore strictly the "Barbell Club," I would be lying if I say I wasn't terrified but I learned if you want to be the best, you must surround yourself and train with the best. Words can not explain how freaking awesome Coach Chris (Weightlifting coach) is ....he is VERY VERY patient and humble! I have improved in my Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You can tell he loves this sport, he finds a way that works and makes sense to you if you are not understanding the lift. He understands we are not built the same and he makes sure every athlete gets the one on one you have invested in as a athlete. I also take Coach Carissa's Powerlifting Class as well, she is seriously a "Beauty and a Beast," she is not only amazing at what she does but her passion and drive makes you want to be a better athlete. She does not make any athlete do anything she is not willing to do. She understands as well that not every athlete is built the same and works with every athlete to make sure they are working that same muscle with a different routine. Her Powerlifting Class has seriously helped improve my strength with my weightlifting. So this will be my FIRST ever Google post and hopefully this says a lot about this amazing gym, my only regret is not joining it sooner...but happy I made the decision.
