I enjoy the level of therapy I have received. The therapy directly addresses the specify area of discomfort and renders almost immediate results. I've been to chiropractors and massage therapists, but, I can feel a resolution and relief after my visit to Hill Pro-Motion.

I had two major surgeries, total knee replacement and reverse shoulder replacement 5 months apart. I highly recommend Hill Pro Motion. The staff was encouraging, answering my questions, explained what exercises helped certain muscles. The entire staff has upbeat attitude and sense of humor that going to physical therapy was actually fun. I had Darren and Zac, both professional with positive encouragement all the way. I was able to see how they worked with others, and they showed kindness and patience. Physical therapy is hard work, and you want this team! ******* I am adding more to these review as of 2-25-2026. I returned due to back pain with lumbar stenosis. Zac helped me to avoid a lumbar spinal injection, by teaching exercises to strengthen my back and core muscles. This has made a HUGE difference. He explains what muscles need strengthening, and what not to do. I am able to continue water aerobics, walking my dogs 6000 steps and do PT exercises on regular basis. These people are so helpful, kind and encouraging. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Having many skeletal issues like osteoarthritis and scholosis I have been a patient at Hill Pro-Motion after back fusion, knee replacements, ankle, and both shoulder surgeries, and various muscle tears. Their tried and true physical therapies to help recoup after injury or surgery is exceptional. I have tried other PT places throughout my life, but always return to Hill. The professionalism, knowledge, hardworking therapists, coupled with the many types of therapies (water, traditional, massage, laser heat, dry needling, etc.) provide positive outcomes in the shortest time possible. They are the best in the city!

I have spent the last several years with sciatic and back pain. I tried everything I could think of from buying expensive shoe insoles, red light therapy adding and adjusting supplements, exercises, and lots of Advil and Biofreeze. I finally gave up and asked my Dr for a referral for physical therapy. I chose Pro Hill mainly because I know Zack. He did a wonderful job taking care of my husband’s shoulder after surgery. I am now two weeks in and feel almost pain free. Jen my physical therapist has been so kind. She takes her time to explain everything to me and encourages me to keep exercising. I highly recommend Pro Hill. They truly care and make you feel like family.
