Keaton/is an awesome and very encouraging trainer. Those burpee was a killer but they were very effective. I look forward to workouts with Keaton because I know he cares about my development in strength and meeting my goals.

When I first came to this gym I had NO idea it was CrossFit, I was caught off guard lol. Everyone was so inviting and friendly. Before going to this gym I worked out but not as much and I didn’t really know what to do in the gym. I grew to love being a gym girly and the 2l2q family. Guys!!! When I say this has so far been the best decision I have ever made in regards to fitness! You all have to try them out, they are very dedicated and will take the time to explain fitness and health.

I walked in without an appointment because I was tired of procrastinating. The Coach took a few minutes to get ready and was very welcoming. All the coaches I have worked with are very friendly, nice and compassionate. This is the best money I have ever spent on myself and I don’t regret any penny of it.

Best gym to come to for great heart pumping workouts and meet some awesome people. In the last 5 weeks I feel more and more like family than just a member at a gym no one knows your name. No cookie cutter workout plans very much so tailored to fit any needs. I’ve been recommending to my friends and coworkers.

I joined this gym about 8 weeks ago. Best decision I've made! Everyone is so friendly & supportive! There is something for all levels & all the help you need to get it done. I actually enjoy going to the gym again!

I was able to get in the next day for a consult and instantly I knew this was something I wanted to be apart of. They took the time to show me around the facility, walked me through all of my sign up options, and took the time to get to know not only my fitness goals but me as a person! Upon signing up I met my coach they took measurements of my body broke down my weight into different categories and explained what it all meant in a way that I could understand. From there he walked me through the game plan for my workouts and nutrition and has been with me every step of the way. Everything was made super simple as far as what I could and couldn’t eat which I appreciated because it took all the guess workout of my meals. My coach checked in several times a week to see how I was feeling and making sure I stayed on track to reach my goals which was awesome because he held me accountable and that just made me want to work harder. Also, the workout environment here is immaculate! everyone is so friendly and encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness Journey everyone is routing for you wants you to succeed it is truly a family. Sheesh. Why did I do that? Whomever was on the other end gave me a mouthful. They spewed harmful remarks that they capped off by telling me that I should have never reached out to them. Even though, I told the guys personally, that my schedule would no longer allow me to compete in the challenge. My job needed help in another state, and for more money, I took the 6 month assignment. Mind you, also due to my personal issues I haven't been able to workout like I would have liked. With that being said, if you're looking for professionalism look elsewhere because this is not the place for that. My goal was to become a part of the 2L2Q family, but after that, they would never get a second look from me. The company obviously needs a course in business/customer etiquette. As a business owner myself, who also run promotions, just because a customer doesn't reach out and become a part of what you're building doesn't mean that they never will. I enjoyed my challenge a lot more than I expected! 😊 I was given multiple tools to succeed & love the changes in my body! Each workout was a challenge and a great push! I would highly recommend this gym!

My 6weeks at 2L2Q was nothing more than incredible! The coaches are amazing and fun. My journey was not easy and I had to make some changes to get through and complete this challenge. I was well educated on nutrition as well as proper weight loss. If I had to do it all over again id choose 2L2Q Fitness THANKS FOR PUSHING ME🥰🙌🏾

Another great thing about the coaches is that they are all certified in many different areas of physical training. Most gyms just “level-up” members who have been there for a while and make them coaches, but these guys have put in work to actually become educated in all levels of fitness training, including nutrition. This gym is excellent at scaling any workout to cater to your fitness level. My favorite thing is the support of the other gym members. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. It truly feels like a family and everyone is working towards the same goals. If you need a new gym, go see them!! Even if you don’t need a new gym, go see them!! You may change your mind! Less
