Wife and I dropped in to an open gym to do an Open workout recently. We were greeted by everyone in the gym and the coaches made us feel very welcome. Coach Eric made sure we had what we needed for the workout prior to warming up and suggested the proper warmup for the workout we were about to do. Great community. Great classes. Amazing & friendly instructors. If your not already a Beast at working out there are modifications to practically ever prescribed workout. I started as a new guy to CrossFit and really working out in the past 10 years. Veer really helped Veer my direction in life to a better place while losing 56lbs in the 1st year.

This is what I've been looking for in a gym- good atmosphere, not feeling like I'm judged, cleanliness, and DIVERSITY. It's nice to go to a gym and not see a sea of white men flexing in the mirror.

I travel a lot meaning I visit different CrossFits. I find CrossFit Veer is an excellent organization with knowledgeable and engaging trainers. The warm ups are the best I’ve experienced.

If you are into Crossfit or are interested in starting this box has all you need- what are you waiting for? 5 star coaches,(seriously fit too might I add) plenty of space to move and train, and attention to technique makes it 5 stars all day!
