I was trying to purchase a gift card for my sister to get a massage. Since custom gift cards weren’t available on their website, I called and was directed to a text support option. After 20 minutes, I was no closer to getting the answers I needed. Customer service is very disappointing, which doesn’t give me confidence in the rest. I will be looking elsewhere

Just had a TCA peel done by Samantha (Sam). To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the strength of this peel. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and detailed with the application. She made the few minutes of discomfort manageable, and the cooling air add-on is a must.But don’t stop there, her facials are catered to your skin’s needs.
