After the treatment, I met a super associate to check out. We made a follow-up booking and scheduled a consultation for hair loss.

I started going here 6 years ago and Kara was the first to ever take care of me. amazing. I did the seratonin weight loss program and was very nervous and not sure about it or the results but at the end of 3 months I looked and felt amazing. Kara has been amazing and has given me so much great information and guidance. Im now a frequent flyer I’m at Pura Vida at least twice a month. Sam does my facials and is the best. Love Pure Vida, everyone and I mean everyone is so amazing, knowledgeable and so nice. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been to both the regular spa and the med spa locations, and I can’t say enough good things. Everyone is always super helpful, and they even offer complimentary beverages, which is such a nice touch! The environment is incredibly relaxing at both locations. They’re upfront, honest, and informative every step of the way. I have 2 of their memberships (black diamond and 20/20) , and I’m definitely keeping both of them. I love my experiences and will absolutely continue going!

UPDATED: After receiving a nice text and phone call from the owner, explaining the situation and hopeful upcoming negotiations with vendors, I am so thankful that they will honor my previous price for my next treatment. That is very considerate. And perhaps negotiations will go well and my care can continue without me having to find another provider (as Pura Vida does have excellent services and customer service). Thank you for the thoughtful phone call, Julie. ❤️There was a 60% increase with HRT from 2025 to 2026! That is unbelievable and disheartening that they would do that to their customers. I gave them two stars, because their services are really good, but who can afford it?! That is not a reasonable increase. I sure hope there is a change of heart from management. 🥺

Macy from Pura Vida Bidy and Mind Spa is nothing but exceptional. She is very knowledgeable of all and experienced in all the services she performs and applies them appropriately.I actually drive an hour and 25 minutes to see her. . I have been through plenty of other technicians, estheticians, etc.and by far is superior. I highly recommend Macy for several factors such as her thorough knowledge, technique, efficiency, results, etc. ITS DEFINITELY WORTH THE TRIP.

I had an appointment with Kara to talk about hormones, bloodwork and weight loss. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my body. I truly appreciate all she has done. I’m excited to start this journey with her and her team. Most important is I was able to do virtual appointments so I didn’t have to miss work or family time.
