The employees were very nice. The oil change only took about 10-15 minutes. They checked all my fluids and topped off the o es that needed it. Also checked my air filter and vacuumed it. Happy customer here!

Then the “RM” said he took pictures of our car prior?! So this is NORMAL for them to prepare for their mistake? That’s concerning 😬 My husband took his car there twice, after the first time it had a sudden leak and we took it to another mechanic and they showed us they forgot to put stuff back together and there was also a genuine leak for some reason. Cost $400 to fix. We thought it was just a simple mishap. (Picture is the leak from the second visit, to the right is the first visits leak spot!) Second time we went, they call him back while he’s driving away and said “we noticed a drip, can you come back?” Told him they couldn’t figure out what it was. The next morning, there’s a giant puddle under the car!! My question; how come we didn’t notice a drip? Why right after his visit do we suddenly have a massive leak?! My oil started leaking a week after my oil changed so they said to stop back in so they could take a look. The leak wasn’t their fault, it was something on my car that was bad. He replaced the part and topped of my oil. Still had me in and out fast and friendly.
