It was ok, but I didn't like the setup. Claiming we could get access to everything for $1497, when the REAL program and upsell is $35,000.

MfM presentation was very good at laying out the benefits of multifamily investing and clearly shared how their business model works. I think they were honest about the work required to be successful as well. I have been in commercial real estate since 2015, and never have I seen a better more comprehensive program that will help you get from knowing nothing to a multifamily investor in a weekend...come on it took me years to gather 2/3of the info they provide in a weekend.

Good entry level free seminar provided inspiration and info, but typical sales pitch for $1400 3-day seminar that leads to $20-40k "Mentor" program for same stuff you can get on Bigger Pockets for $300/year.

I was so glad to attend ! Definitely seen a sneak peek of my future , I can’t wait to to get ball rolling. I have been persuaded brilliant event.

I attended a 3-day workshop with some partners to evaluate what kind of network this might be, culture and what not. The days were long and I learned much about their investor and general partner methods and strategies. The workshop consisted of a main speaker and 4 strategist who are basically multi-family real estate performance coaches, so as you can imagine they hype you up, educate you, and offer you (“for only 40k”) a members only networking membership in which they teach and mentor you on how to be a partner investor or general partner within its network. I have no doubt this works if you apply yourself. On day 2 they start creating an action plan for you, which felt more like a resume. They basically ask you what your background is and how much money you have but in a less direct way. It’s in the form of an “action plan”. But I get it. After all, it takes team work to make the dream work. I will note that the demeanor of your strategist is subjective to change after you talk to them a bit more. Don’t take it personal, this is the world of business and if you have nothing to offer then it’s normal to keep looking (“we like nice guys, but we need performers” as they put it). If they are picking up that you are not joining their network they will start to not take you seriously, it showed. Serious candidates only vibes. So after hearing the 3 days sells pitch mixed in with multi-family real estate literature, you better be all in If you are in fact all in. Anyway, I met a lot of cool people, learned a lot about multifamily real estate, and got some contacts. Did not regret! I look to be a limited partner in the future. Less

I had a blast! Real and straight to the point, however..there should be a question drop box which can be read through out the 3 days to control 🤔 time and just get things done!! But over all it was hardy. By the way, I snuck on the side to take a picture with Tyler Bingo, gotcha!! D.J is amazingly gifted, by our conversations i could tell he read 10x which is an amazing book.

Such great detail. I did not purchase the class but still processing the information that was shared.

Speaker was good. Had I had the 1400$ I would have paid it. However I just moved, took vacation, and fixed my car and then I got fired all in the same month. So I did not have 1400$ to finish the class.

Minimal information provided in the $1500 3 day workshop because their goal is to sell a $40000 mentorship program to start. At the initial visit they give you a brochure that promises “tuition” reimbursement for the $1500 after your first deal. Deceptive, especially since their pitch is that you can start to acquire these deals for free.

The seminar we attended was great. I went in knowing that these were the partners I have been searching for for 30 plus years. I was actually surprised how quickly I saw Greg come to the same conclusion. When we heard him say " at any time , if you decide this is what you'd like to do, go ahead and sign up in the back. All closers are students supposedly making gazillions however no proof is provided. And I saw around 14 people maybe 20 joining coaching so that’s another 500 to 600k. So a weekend is around 700 to 800k. Times 4 they make 3 mil a weekend. The company makes a boat load with its closers and that’s better than any multi unit apartment. I have nothing against them. Bless their hearts. But they should have been honest with me instead of pretending they could help to take my money. They reached me via text as well as phone. Apologized and issue full credit. I upped my review to 4 star. Ethics and character and customer should never be unhappy is important to them. I appreciate the delivery. I wish we could work together but it seems not in the cards.
