We had a wonderful work team building activity here! The instructors are fantastic. They slow everything down so you can understand what is going on. We took an intro class and learned some very useful self defense techniques. Will be back!

I lose my sense of time in every class because I like being there so much. I travel a lot, but there is always a class I can jump into when I come home. The instructors super facilitating, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They have a good sense of humor too which is always great in a boundary pushing environment. My fellow students are all really nice, patient, positive, and just as hungry to get better. It’s just a couple of miles from my house and it’s affordable. I dove in with a year’s membership because I had a great vibe about it and I have not been proven wrong yet. Can’t get any better!
