If there were more stars I would give them. In short, every person from instructors to classmates has made me feel like part of a family. I have absolutely ZERO combat sport experience and I feel like this is exactly the place that can foster growth from no experience to as far as I want to take it. If you are even close to thinking about it, I would highly recommend just coming to a class. It takes courage to show up, but I promise you wont regret it.

If you have ever wanted to explore Krav or other martial arts, this is an amazing team of knowledgeable instructors who make everything super approachable and fun. The entire community here is friendly, passionate, and supportive.

Great place. Friendly staff, excellent teachers for beginners, great community. Very professional feeling studio. Would 10/10 recommend. They have a free trial class and a flexible cancellation policy so try it out!

I can't say enough positive things about this gym. Not only are Jeff, Kaci, and the other instructors excellent martial artists, but also equally friendly and welcoming people. They will invest not only in your self-defense journey, but also your journey through life. If your goal is to learn effective self-defense, gain confidence, and join a community, then this is the place!
