My wife and I own a home in East Vail and after getting sick of short term renters tearing up our home, paying rental taxes, getting trashed on reviews by vacationers blackmailing us for refunds, and being subject to any policy change Airbnb decides to implement we decided to list it for a long-term lease with Fortunato. At first we were afraid we wouldn't make as much as we did with Airbnb but they made it so the tenants pay ALL the utilities and we get our full rent paid to us every month. So we can count on the same rent and not a ton in the winter and $0 in mud season. We don't have to find, screen or ever talk to the tenants -- it's just easy. If you have a rental home in Vail I highly recommend these guys. We needed some work done to the kitchen this summer and they just handled it. So we also didn't have to find or talk to vendors. We said what we wanted, they did it and later charged us just for materials + labor -- easy. Less
