The best in town. I have lived in Breckenridge for almost 30 years, managed my condo solo for years as well. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Fortunado is the best.

This is the second time I have used Fortunato Properties to rent my property. I am happy with the vetting they performed on the renters of my home. They have been very forthright and respond quickly with resolutions and/or explanations of any issues that have come up. I will definitely continue to use Fortunato Properties for future rental of our home and highly recommend them.

Fortunado has done a lot for my family and I. We’re currently renting a home in Breckenridge and they’ve quickly addressed all our concerns. I was having allergic reactions to the carpet when we moved in and they came in and inspected the condition and scheduled replacement. It took time to schedule, but they kept me informed and let me know the soonest a replacement could be done. The home we moved into had some damage that we informed them of. A door in the home needed repair and they came the very next day to come check it out and ordered a replacement. When the replacement came in but the hardware still on the door jam also appeared it needed to be replaced, they let me know and immediately went to fix that too. They’ve done a great job of making us feel cared for, letting us know what’s going on, and their diligence has been refreshing. I’ve noticed the poor reviews on Google and I think happy customers don’t leave reviews often enough. Thank you, Trent and Mallory! (Trent - you especially have been great to work with! You’re always kind and compassionate and we appreciate you.)

We’ve leaned on both Mallory McMaster and Jeff Meyer for their in-depth & extensive industry knowledge in the Breckenridge Real Estate and Leasing sectors. Jeff is extremely personable, affable, and knowledgeable. Mallory also has extremely helpful insight into lease contracts and negotiations. We highly recommend both Mallory & Jeff, as well as, Fortunato Properies!

leasing agent is very driven, all maintenance requests done promptly. I wish I read our HOA rules first, but that's not fortunado.

we transitioned our rental property to the Fortunato team. They were able to quickly find quality renters that have already signed their second lease. They are responsive and have delivered on their commitments.

Fortunato has been consistently helpful and effective managing my investment properties for years. I’m not local so having a trustworthy reliable company has been paramount and they have always delivered. I was nervous when there was an ownership change, but it has been seamless and painless. Johnathan, the new owner, has delivered the same peace of mind that the company has always provided.

We rented our condo through Fortunato for nearly 8 years (2013 - 2021) and they did a great job finding and screening tenants. We had it rented the entire time with them! They are a very professional, responsive and courteous group. I highly recommend them for your long term rental needs in Breck!
