The inevitable hiccups were brought to my attention right away and addressed usually within a few days. Most important to me was the craftsmanship and attention to fine detail of the construction team. Everyone, including their subcontractors, from the demo to the finishing, was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a smaller project to refresh the ADU in the newly bought property. It involved removing the stationary gas heater and installing some kitchen cabinets with a sink. Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and offered ideas on arranging the cabinets and materials needed. Their estimate was comparable to two other estimates I got, but thanks to Matt's involvement, I felt more confident about the scope of the project and the time frame. They fit my project in early in their schedule, and the work was done relatively quickly, with a bit of slack time in the middle. Matt put me in touch with the local cabinet supplier. I ordered the cabinets and bought other materials myself - that was how I preferred to do it and consulted with Matt along the way. This was my first time working with a contractor, even on a small project. I am overall happy with the result from a lay person point of view - the cabinets turned out nicely. The job was done in good time. Matt provided quality control toward the end of the job. From this experience, I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy.
