All the Coach’s are wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy this type of atmosphere. After 2 months of coming, I can’t see myself in a normal gym.

I have not been in a gym for about 9 years. I appreciate the individualized training. Coach Alan has been great to work with as well as Coach Travis in getting me started again. Friendly gym, that focuses on the individual's health and their goals.

Thank you Alan and Renee for letting us drop in this morning. Great workout and very friendly group of members. Everybody went out of their way to introduce themselves and make you feel comfortable and part of the group. We'll definitely be dropping in periodically when we're in town visiting family.

I'm from south Louisiana, traveled to Delano, Mn for business & dropped in to get IT in. They were nice, helpful & accepting. Even gave me & my buddy suggestions on where to eat supper.

I love training here. The certified coaching staff is excellent. They have everything you need for a great workout including nutritional supplements. You can tell by all the other happy and healthy members this is probably one of the best gyms in the area.

This is more than a gym. It's more like family. They guide you and encourage you to be the best you can be. They will work your tail off and you will see the results. If you ever had doubts about joining a crossfit gym like I did.....don't! It will change your life and boost your confidence!
