Aqua Bathrooms provided a prompt estimate , great front office staff and a superb fitter Richard Nash who stripped the bathroom to its foundations ( and solved the drainage problem )and then built the beautiful luxurious bathroom on top with a beautiful finish . We recently had the pleasure of having our downstairs cloakroom designed and fitted by Total Bathrooms. It started brilliantly with Lee coming out to visit us in the ‘bath car’ and take room dimensions. His thoroughness was evident from the outset with every possible measurement taken and once a brief conversation was had, we made an appointment to visit at the showroom in Bath. To say the showroom is an Aladdin’s cave of bathroom treasures would be an understatement, and our imaginations ran riot at the endless possibilities that lay before us. This was our second meeting with Lee and it was here that we looked at the CAD drawings created from the initial measurements of our cloakroom. It was also at this point that we discovered Lee’s infinite patience and problem solving skills. No matter how many design queries we posed him, he was able to recommend an alternative solution and decipher the cloakroom puzzle. It was during this meeting that we received a list of approved tradespeople that eventually led to us hiring Andre Pyper to fit our cloakroom. A subsequent meeting to choose the white goods and fittings and we were off. Andre and Luke turned up exactly as arranged. To say they worked hard would be an understatement, demolition was quick and effective with mess being kept to a bare minimum. Before we knew it the cloakroom appeared before our eyes, the workmanship exemplary. A slight hitch in materials arriving over, Andre completed the job in a supremely timely fashion. We couldn’t have been happier with the standard of work, communication and general professionalism. Highly recommended. I can totally recommend Total Bathrooms, they have just finished overseeing the refit of our bathroom. All the staff we met were professional, friendly and helpful but never pushy. Although a lot of their standard showroom bathrooms are high-end and this very expensive, they also have a lot of seconds in their upstairs display area (you need to ask) and they also have much more in another warehouse. We kitted out our cloakroom with units a fraction of the price of new ones, often with no sign of any defect. The staff are very helpful.

They were lovely to deal with and managed to bring the delivery date forward at the last minute when our installer had a cancellation and asked to begin the work a month earlier than expected. It is just over a year now since Total Bathrooms upgraded our bathroom and our en suite and it all still looks as good as new. We asked Andy to include safety features, grab handles on the bath/shower, non-slip surfaces, higher toilet seats etc to aid our older and younger users. This was done and in a way that the spaces do not look modified which is just what we wanted.

Had a great experience with Total Bathrooms - very quick and responsive, gave us some options where we were looking to save money and the quality of the product is fantastic. Really pleased, would definitely recommend and Michelle was fantastic.

We met Dave and came back for an appointment the following week, he was absolutely brilliant and helped us through the planning of our bathroom. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend.

Brilliant staff, caring and courteous

We had an appointment after having had our bathroom measured, but they seemed surprised to see us, and the person we were booked to see wasn't available. At no point were we shown around the store to make choices, instead sat in front of a computer screen. We were repeatedly told contradictory information, and it took an aching hour and a half for very little useful result.

Wish we hand found this place earlier. A good size showroom that allows a range of products to be seen. Upstairs is a shrine to seconds/returned vanity units and sinks/fittings.

Plenty of helpful advice, friendly, tried to give us a good price and helped us to find cheaper items where appropriate. All items arrived on time. Very good service. Would recommend!

Great quality items installed by great plumbers and plasterers. The electrical installations were spoiled a bit by having to pay another £400 for a "new regulations" fuse box. The promised certificate to confirm it was done properly never arrived despite several chases.

I have used Total Bathrooms on many occasions over the last 5 years. I have always found their design service to be useful and inspiring and their practical advice and sourcing has always been outstanding. We would not have used them if they had not been such excellent value for money as well!

We thought TB were all about selling and installing new bathrooms but popped in on the off-chance as we only wanted to replace the hose to our over the bath shower; we received excellent care and advice even though our spend was extremely modest as suitable part was found in the odds and sods bargain bucket 👏🏻
