I had a great experience with this company. After removing the old closet shelves, they patched and repainted the walls, which turned out to be more work than originally anticipated. I really appreciated how professionally they handled the additional work. The designer, Michelle, and the installation crew were excellent—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. We remodeled 3 closets and built an entirely new custom wall closet. Mia was great to work with on the designs and the installers were very professional. Loved every aspect of it.

Very smooth and professional experience I had with Pacific Closet. The designer, Mia, was super friendly and professional. She offer different options for you to choose, and happy to customize to meet your needs. I would recommend to visit their office so Mia can walk through some options and ideas together.I would love to give them more than 5 stars because I initially found a defect on one of the cabinets. Mia and their team were super helpful and instantly proceeded to replace the defect one to a new piece of cabinet. Definitely will work with Pacific Closet again.

Purchased and installed 2 ceiling racks. The installers went above and beyond to ensure the racks were perfectly in between the fire sprinklers with plenty of room to access and back. The work turned out excellent. They left the garage cleaner that it was before they came. Fair price and excellent customer service. I recommend Pacific closet and garage for any garage hanging storage project.
