Very smooth and professional experience I had with Pacific Closet. The designer, Mia, was super friendly and professional. She offer different options for you to choose, and happy to customize to meet your needs. I would recommend to visit their office so Mia can walk through some options and ideas together.I would love to give them more than 5 stars because I initially found a defect on one of the cabinets. Mia and their team were super helpful and instantly proceeded to replace the defect one to a new piece of cabinet. Definitely will work with Pacific Closet again.

Purchased and installed 2 ceiling racks. The installers went above and beyond to ensure the racks were perfectly in between the fire sprinklers with plenty of room to access and back. The work turned out excellent. They left the garage cleaner that it was before they came. Fair price and excellent customer service. I recommend Pacific closet and garage for any garage hanging storage project.

Great product, services, prices. I previously used Home Depot Custom Closets in my previous home, and my GF had work done previously with Pacific Closet and Garage. Pacific Closet did the job with better materials, better price, and did it in HALF the time. Friendly people, showed up on time, and addressed a small issue quickly and completely. Totally recommend! (I did garage cabinets and a closet build-out.)

We got our master closet completed by this company. They did an amazing job. They were professional and when I wasn’t thrilled with the first option-I got two more to choose from that were perfect. They even brought clothes racks for us so we could prep our closet. When they came to install they were respectful and did a wonderful job of making sure to keep our house just as clean as it was before they came. The install was smooth and they did a great job with communication. The completed closet is perfect and so pretty. We definitely recommend this company! Just the best
