On top of being very well organized, the report pointed out many items we had not noticed. While there was nothing serious, the detail is appreciated because we know what repairs to make should we close on the property, and what to expect. We had access to the reports the same day via e-mail and it was easy to download. By the close of the day, I was able to send a PDF of the reports to other parties involved, so there was also no delay in moving forward in the loan process. EDIT 2022: I had to call New Home Inspections again for a reinspection of the home that I bought. We were changing insurance companies due to Southern Fidelity going out of business so we needed an inspection and wind mitigation report quickly. Jordan scheduled us very quickly so I didn’t have to worry about that. I got to meet him in person and he was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Their prices are more than fair and competitive.
