I highly recommend Sarah to support you through your feeding journey! Whilst pregnant with baby #2 I contacted Sarah to help prepare me for breast feeding as I didn't have the same opportunity with baby #1 due to lack of education. Sarah was at my hospital bedside within 24hrs of me giving birth to assist with correct latching and once I was home she was available to answer all of my questions via any form of communication you could think of! Sarah helped me overcome my nipple trauma and re-assured me with my low milk supply concerns... the fact that my milk actually came in was amazing! I don't think I would have been able to persevere like I did if I didn't have Sarah to answer all my questions. Sarah provided me with valuble information and education that helped me make sound decisions about my feeding journey with confidence. I felt so safe sharing my concerns with her, even with my big emotions at the time as she always made me feel better by remidning me to put myself first. Sarah was my biggest cheer leader and support in the first few days and weeks of figuring it all out, she is a true angel who shined the brightest light of support in a time of uncertainty. I am now happily and proudly breast feeding and bottle feeding my baby based on my own decisions to support my life style, all thanks to the support of Sarah ❤️ Highly highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️

Sarah is an angel walking amongst us mere mortals. She supported my partner and I to feed our baby while I battled high milk volume and all the tummy problems that was causing our daughter. Sarah lovingly held space for our story and generously sat with and beside us to observe my feeding experience and devised a tailored, empowering plan that led to immediate results. She made herself available to me at point of need throughout our crisis period and was always available for a follow up session for our own piece of mind and reassurance. After 92 hours in Sarah’s care, our baby is settled, we have a deep understanding of the problem we were facing and a suite of strategies to draw on to help course correct my high milk volume issue. Any breast/chest feeding mother/parent would be so lucky to experience Sarah’s clear, loving, deeply informative and real approach to lactation consultancy. 🥰I can honestly say that I wouldn't be breastfeeding if it wasn't for Sarah and I will be forever grateful for her help. When we were in hospital Sarah lovingly guided, supported and empowered us to achieve some pretty amazing feats that the medical team were telling us weren't possible including: - transitioning our baby from feeding on formula via a tube in the special care nursery to syringe feeding my breast milk in a matter of hours. - getting our baby discharged from special care and exclusively breastfeeding within 24hrs (there was talk of an extended stay for our premature baby and that breastfeeding would be 'hard' for our baby). This support meant that we were able to be discharged from hospital within a week of our baby girls birth. Once home, Sarah helped us through two more video calls and a tonne of emails to get through high milk volume, positioning, upset tummy, holding space for our birth story and encouragement as new parents. We still have one call up our sleeve with Sarah and I doubt we will ever need it. We probably didn't even need the third call to be honest, but it was so lovely to connect with Sarah that we used it :) I have tears in my eyes for this wonderful lady. I wish every new Mum had the help of Sarah. HIGHLY recommend.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! I had a Rescue session with her because the LC told us our baby couldn’t transfer enough milk when breastfeeding & needed to have bottles. After 5 weeks of bottles & multiple rounds of clogged ducts that eventually led to mastitis, Sarah helped us transition completely away from bottles & back to exclusively breastfeeding. Even more so, she helped me tap back in to my mothers intuition & feel confident knowing what my baby needs. That is a priceless feeling! I highly recommend doing a Rescue session with Sarah if you are having any difficulties with breastfeeding whatsoever! The sooner the better, it’s well worth it!

Wow, where to even start?! If I could give Sarah 10 stars I would! She is so incredibly knowledgeable and just immediately in tune with you and your baby’s needs. She helped us ditch the nipple shields that every other lactation consultant insisted we needed, and helped us fine tune when we had pain as my baby was learning how to nurse without them! She was so encouraging throughout the whole process and made me feel confident and comfortable with breastfeeding for the first time ever (even though this is my second child). If your breastfeeding journey is anything less than perfect, it is worth your time and money to book a Rescue with Sarah TODAY! Do not wait, do not hesitate, you will be in GREAT hands!

I had a video call with Sarah (rescue session) the day after giving birth when I was still in hospital. I was experiencing the beginning stages of nipple trauma. Sarah was amazing! At a time when I was feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed with the pressure from the midwives in hospital regarding breastfeeding, Sarah was able to provide me with guidance that helped me fine tune the position that I was holding my baby and how to help him latch properly to avoid nipple damage. I highly recommend a Rescue session with Sarah when you see the initial stages of nipple trauma and not wait until there is severe damage. I found Sarah to be fantastic, she was supportive, calm, knowledgeable and the reason I’ve been able to EBF for 4 months now. Thank you so much Sarah!
