Coach Bob and Coach Alyssa I thank you for your patience as I learn 💕 you both have a gift for coaching!Clamtown CF is equipped with everything needed to complete daily WOD workouts, solo workouts, cleanliness is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s and an INBODY scale available to track progress beyond the scale. In two months I’ve lost 20 lbs and gained muscle but the knowledge and skills I’m being taught are invaluable. I love the set up of the workouts (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and how the classes are led. I’m grateful for Mark who encouraged me to give it a shot on my initial consultation and CrossFit is now a part of my weekly routine. We don’t have to be perfect to be amazing, we just need to show up! 🏋🏼‍♀️

Dropped in with my wife while on vacation and had a great experience. Super friendly and welcoming community, clean space, and all new equipment. Whether you’re visiting or looking for a home gym, it’s a great spot to hit a WOD. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic find! Beautiful and CLEAN facility, great variety of equipment, and wonderful coaching staff (Mark kicked our asses it was amazing). Would absolutely recommend and go back when I return to the area next! Also can’t beat a 24 hour open gym! 💪🏼

I started here a year ago and can honestly say this place is great. The routines and coaches have helped me repair old injuries (sustained from years of traditional weightlifting) and learn a ton of new skills. Give it a try you won’t regret it!

Went in as a guest for the day for an open gym session. The facilities are absolutely top notch and so clean! Music was easy to connect and play on my own, got a great workout in with nobody bothering me and felt like the environment was next level compared to most places I’ve been too as a drop in day pass. 10/10 recommend this place if your into CrossFit or just want to get a great workout in with an awesome environment!!

I had an amazing time at Clamtown CrossFit for my first CrossFit class. Mark and I spoke on the phone a few weeks prior, and he had invited me to drop in for a class. As someone new to CrossFit, I was nervous about going to a new gym and unsure of what to expect. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, and I appreciated the time taken to introduce me to the rest of the class. The coach cued me through any movements I was unfamiliar with and modified the exercises to a level of difficulty that worked for me. I had a great workout, but it was the community feel and camaraderie among the members that truly made the workout fun and excited for my next drop-in at Clamtown CrossFit.
