This is a great place to visit if you are having trouble with allergies and/or sinus infections etc. I have been going here for years and Dr Scott is very helpful in helping me with my sinuses. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs help with their sinuses.

Awful experience with Sammy at Kentuckiana Ear, Nose & Throat. I wanted to reschedule my husband’s appointment because it fell on my birthday and she made it extremely difficult and was very rude to me. She also said she wouldn’t put me on a cancellation list and that I would have to call back on repeat to see if something opened up.

I asked several times when I would be able to see the provider since I have not seen any improvements. But every time I would be told to wait, that you had to experience all seasons when your on the shots. Or it takes about a year or two before you see results, and finally I was told- well you missed a few so it’s not as affected. Mind you I missed because I was sick and I was advised not to get them if your sick. At one point I completely gave up trying to see the provider again, but I needed to see an ENT surgeon for another reason, so I called the office to schedule. I was told that because I’m an allergy patient I needed to go through allergy. But when I spoke to the allergy nurses they would tell me they don’t schedule with providers, that I would need to call the main office. I got tired of the back and forth and eventually booked with another ENT (UofL ENT). I really liked the ENT, but I wanted to give this place another shot, so I explain my situation with the allergy nurse and she scheduled an appt with the provider. I will relay my concerns when I see him, but depending on how it goes I may officially switch to the new ENT. I’m the one visit I had with the provider, he seemed ok- but not worth all the hassle with the office staff. Also don’t ever try to call the allergy office, they never pick up. Their VM will say it’s CT dept, but it’s not. You’ll have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. Less

I recently had an office visit with Dr Miller for some test results; he and all the staff were friendly, attentive and informative. He listened to me and answered questions not only about my thyroid but also my sinuses and then was even able to order a hearing test to be done with that appointment when I asked about scheduling one. Never had a doctor, except my PCP, who took care of me like Dr. Burkhardt and her staff. They actually listened to me describe my hearing problems, tested me and told me my options. I had suffered for 2 1/2 years with chronic sinus infections and underwent 2 surgeries. The infections continued so I was referred to Dr. Higgins. He operated on me in September and I have been infection free since that time. My energy has returned and I can once again sleep through the night. I am also off all antibiotics. So thankful I found him!

Was very pleased with the care I received to alleviate the ear wax in my ears. The doctor explained the procedure and proceeded in a professional way to clear my ear canals.

My family has been going to Kentuckiana Ear Nose and Throat for about 27 years. Starting with Dr. Cohen for my son's ears. Now myself, my husband, daughter, and granddaughters see Dr. Miller. I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

I arrived at KY ENT in covid times and was greeted, temp check etc quickly. This was my follow up visit. Dr Burckardt was professional, friendly and thorough. She explained my symptoms related to allergies in terms I understood. We have recently moved back to KY and it is good to find excellent medical care.
