They were sure to let us know that pottery barn had recently changed their fabric and it was important that they test before doing the whole job. Only after successfully testing the solvent on a discreet spot, did they continue to clean all the pieces. I loved how upfront and honest they were. I also really appreciated them coming out to our house so quickly to help us in a time of need. They did excellent work and my daughter's carpet is now spot free again!
