I have been a member of Inlet Yoga for 15+ years. The studio takes extra care to make sure it is very clean, the front desk is extremely friendly, and the classes are challenging while being encouraging. The teachers always remind you to ‘stay on your own mat’ and practice in your own way yet also give excellent verbal cues on adjustments for alignment.
