Grey Owl Technician, Tyler, was out at my house for leak detection services earlier today. Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as a careful listener and excellent communicator. He was very kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. In these current times, service providers that display the utmost level of customer service seem harder and harder to come by, but this was certainly not the case with Tyler. It was extremely evident that Tyler is very passionate about his job and takes great care in the work he does and service he provides. While I hope that we don’t suspect a leak at our house anytime in the near future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Grey Owl Leak Detection—and specifically request Tyler—in an instant should the need arise! John impressed us with his professionalism and accuracy in finding our slab leak. His diagnosis of our leak was so helpful in making an accurate plan for repairs. He answered all of our questions during his diagnosis and happily taught us a few things along the way! Highly recommend if you need leak detection!

Very thorough and spent the time to pinpoint the slab leak. Locators in the past generally marked the line and left. Grey Owl identified the manifolds and where the plumber would need to reroute. Initially we thought the leak was in a different pipe route. Thanks for verifying and not just relying on the warm spot.

I cannot say enough good things about John and the job Grey Owl Leak Detection did for us in finding a very difficult water leak in our front yard. All I have to say is John and his crew were professional and efficient from the time they entered my home. I had a hot water leak , and not only did he find the leak , he went even further and diagnosed a fix to it that will save me money . I can not say enough about this company and there work. These guys were professional, quick, were here the same day I called, showed up on time and found the leak from the upstairs condo bath overflow right away after one other guy (above condo owner hired) didn’t. LUCKILY, one of the plumbers that we called recommended we reach out to Grey Owl since Grey Owl specializes in DETECTING exactly where leaks are coming from. Turns out the leak was inside the common bathroom shower wall nowhere near any shower! Had we went with ANY other plumber or our remodeling company, we would have torn down the shower (and paid for this mistake) and still had undetected leaks, etc. John was absolutely amazing....truly a good person with the right tools, technology, and talent.
