The community at this gym is awesome. we have 20 year old supermen and 63 year old doofus-heads with restrictions (me). The coaches ALWAYS figure out and affirm modifications that will work with each person. Everyone us supportive and encouraging. I may hate sometimes the work involved in the work-outs, but I love this gym.

This community welcomed me with open arms when I moved to Monroe 6 months ago. Everyone is kind and encouraging. Can’t imagine working out anywhere else!!
