My massage with Princess was the best I have ever had. She worked areas in my hips and glutes that were much needed. She also focused on the knots in my shoulder near an old ACL injury. Her positive energy was felt as soon as her hands touched my back. I was so comfortable with her. I'm grateful the rain came today and I decided to do some indoor self care for my body.

Then, she voluntarily added more toner to my hair and proceeded to say “they watch us on camera, I can get in trouble”. I was appalled, extremely uncomfortable and wanted to run away. I also noticed the bill was high so I asked for an itemized bill and I saw bunch of “miscellaneous” charges. This is on top of them telling me “its an extra fee if you pay with credit card”. Who carries $200-$500 cash with them these days? Never again Less

I have mobility issues due to arthritis and she was patient and accommodating as I found ways to avoid back pain while presenting my legs to be waxed. Jordan was not only polite and professional, but she was so incredibly patient! She was willing to cut and re-cut, and re-cut my hair so that we did it a little bit at a time, to help me feel comfortable in the fact that I was taking off a tremendous amount of hair and going for such a drastic change. I left the salon. Happier than I have ever been with a hair service, this girl is going places and definitely worth booking with! Purchased a package for my mother during our little getaway. She reported that her services here were "absolutely amazing". She is a chronic lower back pain sufferer and said she had no pain for the rest of the day and the whole next day. Not to mention the oil and foot treatment. She loved it!!

For the price I didn’t agree to but politely paid, my nails shouldn’t be this messed up within 2 hours of having them done. Was very upset with my experience and wouldn’t recommend at this time. Just had a delux couples massage package with reflexology from Diana and Princess. The massage was wonderful, both therapists were professional, conscientious and thorough. Facility, restroom, waiting area and massage rooms were clean with a nice atmosphere. Can't wait to come back to town for another massage.

I had a much needed girls day at this spa. It was great! Nicely decorated and clean. I received a prenatal massage by Belinda which was by far one of the best massages I've had!! Salon on 31st has been my go to for years for when I’m looking for me time, and has never failed me! Most recent experience has blown all other times out of the water! New stylist Ben took my dull, dried copper hair and turned into a soft, healthy, deep shade of red I had only dreamed of! He is truly a magician!!

Nicole has done so many of my spray tans. She is my GO to girl! You will feel like a bronzed babe who just came back from a long vacation at the beach, year round!! No streaks, no runs, no blotches… she knows what’s she is doing! 5 stars!

I went here for a massage so I can only comment on that service and the appearance. I'm not much into spa environments buy my wife liked it, found it modern and relaxing. Masseuse did awesome job. My fave though was the chair massage with theragun. Best 10 minutes ever. Quick tip, pay with cash, and hope they have chang because it's a 3.75% extra charge on credit cards.

We had a 30-min hot oil scalp massage at this place. The spa is well-managed and has a really nice ambience, but the massage itself was quite mediocre. The oil wasn’t even warm, the massage was so-so and I could hear the massage therapist snoring (or making a similar sound from their mask) the entire time! That was a huge distraction!

Very nice, clean and always smells good. But it is a little bit on the pricey side.

Last minute decision to get a pedicure, walked in just passed 9am and they were able to fit me in. Evelina did an amazing job...nails looked perfect and got a decent leg and foot massage. She was also pleasant to have a conversation with.

Went for Mani pedi for myself and hair treatment for my son. Tammy did a fabulous job on my nails. My son's hair treatment left his hair softer and hydrated, however his hair was not trimmed or styled. Very clean, very nice ladies working there.

For my 60th birthday, my friend and I planned to go get a massage , then I was getting a facial and she a pedicure. It was all planned a month in advance so our spa time would coincide . Massages went great. The facial was not a pleasant experience and I was supposed to get a basic but was charged much more. I gave them a credit card to pay for both of treatments plus my friends. And my friend did the same,she gave them her credit card to pay for all the treatments. But instead of saying that my friend took care of the bill, they accepted both of our cards and charged us both. If it had been crowded I could understand. But besides the 2 of us there were only 2 other customers there. And the same employee took and charged us both. We are not pleased. Less

My friend and I did the pregnancy spa packages and it was fabulous! Every person we met was very professional and nice. The massage therapists were trained to do prenatal massages and were fantastic. We left there feeling relaxed and beautiful. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more services and after the baby is born for another massage.

Jonna was my massage therapist and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Those hands are golden!!! I came in for an hour massage but it felt so good that I asked for a half hour extra lol. My fiancé and I went to Virginia Beach for a getaway of fun in the sun. Well, unfortunately, all we got was wind and rain. Fast forward to the next day, still miserable weather and I wake up worth the most awful knot in my neck. My fiancé and I called around to a few other places and all were booked up. 31st was not so I made another trip there to see Jonna. Jonna was AMAZING!!! I can’t thank her enough. Through a deep tissue massage she worked the knot out and worked out all my other right spots and helped me get rid of the headache stemming from my neck ache. Upon checking out, I asked Michelle if there was any bath soak they could recommend to complete my evening of relaxation since I had access to a nice big jetted tub at the resort I was staying at. I booked a body treatment and pedicure for my friend who is getting married, and a pedicure for myself. My friend’s therapist during her body treatment kept saying, “oops,” during her entire service, provided no draping during the exfoliation, and left the room because she ran out of product. The shower was cold, the scalp massage hurt, and my friend was overall not pleased with the treatment. She did say her skin felt soft and the rest of the massage was fine (and she was actually draped during the massage portion). During our pedicures the nail files were visibly dirty and had obviously not been properly disinfected between clients. Single use items were reused between clients. Dirty tools were put back into containers and drawers for clean tools. Sanitation was questionable at best. The technicians kept leaving during the service and not coming back for what felt like eternity. Our feet were wrapped in hot towels and left until they were FREEZING. My technician’s fingernails were too long and kept scratching me. My friend’s tech (Tina) did a GREAT job though! Products were nice and the atmosphere was nice. Less

We had booked 6 pedicures for a wedding (out of town guest) at 9am when they opened. The techs were late and running in the salon at 9:10 and our pedicures were literally rushed & terrible. Will never be back.

Now we have spent 3 hours plus waiting for them to recalculate and realize that we were overcharged, treated like trash, and the bride who should have been pampered and treated like a queen sat for 4 hours for a bad mani pedi. Im a guy an even I know 4 hrs for a mani pedi is ridiculous. Fyi, per management refunds are not guaranteed even when they are clearly at fault. The owner is literally sitting in the back office refusing to see us. Advice, stay away! Update my wife's Nails along with half of the girls they got their nails done there all fell off within 5 to 7 days some might have lasted 9 days but for the amount that we spent there over $2,000 it was definitely not worth it. After everything was said and done they only refunded about $150 for services they charged but never delivered. Don't believe them when they say when they know how to do dip or acrylic nails. Enjoyed my massage and my manicure came out very nicely. I did have a gift card but wish I could've rec'd the actual "Mother's Day" pkg my family paid for even though it's no longer May. While the haircut itself turned out alright for the most part, my stylist who claimed to have been cutting mens hair for over 30 years ended up cutting my neck with the clippers and then had the gall to ask what was wrong when I flinched. (You know that feeling when your clients ask you what happened to your head during a meeting right after a haircut? Yeahhhh, feels great...) She applied some goop to my hair that ended up turning me into what looked like a wet rat because she wet my hair beforehand, something I never do and didn't want. (I like that dry matte look, and told her what I used multiple times before she was done with my hair) I had to go to the bathroom and wash it out before I left, lol. To top THAT off, at the end they charged me the full $25, even though my hair is literal straw AND was short to start off with. All said, I was in it for $27 with a tiny tip, and dealing with a raw neck and not walking out looking great, well.. That ain't getting a cut from a salon, IMO. I'm convinced places like this have a pricing 'range' so that they can charge tourists the maximum listed amount and not feel too bad about it. They were nice enough people, but damn.. Overall, decent if you can stand the sight of a little blood and deal with questionable pricing policies, pick a different salon if you're a dude and aren't feeling that though. Might be a totally different story for women and their needs, but I mean, my thing is if you can handle THAT, you should be able to do a quick men's cut NO problem. Less

Mercedes and Salty were great! Treated us like princesses while my daughter and got pedicures. Offered us drinks and just made us feel special. We had a great time and will make this our VA Beach tradition.

Schedule and get to a deep tissue massage there fast! My mind is constantly going, so my "rest" is working out. Two days ago, I received a surprise gift of a massage there and I'm still reaping the benefits of feeling extremely relaxed. However, I will advise that you clear your schedule for after the massage as well. I felt so relaxed that I was out for the rest of the evening. Lol.

I don’t get my hair done often because it’s long so I waited to go back in May when I knew I’d be on vacation in Virginia Beach. I asked for the same girl and I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she is in the booth to the right of Iris. I also mentioned that Iris helped with the cut last fall, so I would accept either one of them. This time I got Iris, not knowing until after my appointment that she’s only been coloring hair for 6 months. My first issue is that what she quoted me in the beginning and what I was later changed varied by over $100. The biggest issue was that first she didn’t remove foils in the front like she should have when they had fully processed as she said she would. Then she didn’t use enough toner and didn’t leave it on long enough. My hair had some highlights that were the right color and a lot that turned silver gray from being over processed! I went to cover gray hair not leave with more. The next day I went back and asked her to fix it. She barely used enough toner and what she did use the color turned brown and she didn’t even go to the root. (She seemed afraid to use enough toner) I still had several silver streaks underneath and streaks that were blonde at the root and brown throughout. It was terrible. I was actually crying in the chair when I saw the color. She then told me because it was my birthday that she wanted to use the curling iron on my hair instead of just a blowout but she did not tell me this would be an up charge or even ask if I wanted it done. When I went to leave I was charged another $35 for the curls I didn’t ask for! Over $300 and 6 hours in a chair later, I left in tears on my birthday. As I was on vacation, there was no way I was going back in there for another fix! Another gross habit she has is after telling me she washes her own hair once every two weeks, she kept demonstrating brushing her hair with the same brush she was using on me! I do think she does well with hair cuts, but she is not ready to be coloring hair at full price! She also needs to be honest and upfront about what the cost will be of everything she does to your hair! Less

This place is so awesome! I wish places like this existed everywhere. All the workers are so nice, everything is beyond sanitary and the atmosphere is great. Jillian did my first pedicure and she was bomb! The foot massage she gave me was out of this world. Love this place! Five stars isn't enough.

She went to my head and lathered it in oil and pulled my hair, I am not even sure of half the massage of what she was trying to accomplish. My shoulders leaving the salon hurt worse. The worst part was her nails were very sharp and hurt at times, I almost had her stop 5 times but I was trying to just get it over with. For those wanting a relaxing and thorough massage, I don’t recommend this place at all. Fortunately we are from out of town and my normal therapist can fix what wasn’t fixed from this. Less

I was in need of an emergency manicure and my girl Anastasia hooked me up! She also gave me helpful healthy tips for my nails. She took her time which is a plus and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. I will be back!

Iris was absolutely amazing! I went in for a typical hair cut and she gave me the best experience at a salon I’ve ever had! She was so sweet and so personal! I’ll definitely be going back any time I need a hair service done!
