I came in as a walk in a few weeks back I was in a hurry, Micheal was my barber, she wasn’t very personable which was out of the norm judging from my past visit. The haircut itself was not good the sides were uneven and top wasn’t blended properly to my taste I didn’t feel like much attention was paid to detail, probably fine for a basic cut if you are not particular about your hair. I would however come back but just to a different barber.

I travel for work, so every time I’m in a new city I have to find a new barber. Needless to say, the first barber that I was recommended truly messed up my haircut. As soon as I left that location I googled the next closest one. Exclusive Experience Company popped up immediately. When I walked in I was instantly greeted with the welcoming energy of love. I explained the fiasco that had just happened and I was led to one of the private suites. When I walked out of there, not only looking like a billion dollars, I felt like it too! I’ve been here for the past few weeks and Ebony has been making sure that I experience this feeling EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not only are all of the barbers incredibly talented, the shop itself is very clean and the chill vibes of the background music will make your haircut experience one that will most certainly keep you going back again and again!!

I visited Exclusive for the 1st time and was highly impressed. Brendan is a master of his craft. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in detail. I explained what my expectations were and he delivered .The atmosphere has very relaxed. I was so impressed when I walked thru the door. I like how they followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied. I’ve already booked a follow up appointment. I’ve been in Houston to Atlanta trying to get my hair done. They got it right on the 1st attempt.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the SMP service that I cannot recommend. Initially, I was excited based on the consultations and promises made, but unfortunately, the outcome did not match my expectations. The results were uneven and lacked the realism I was promised. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns, I was assured that my results would look natural with my hair length (a 1-2, short but not shaved). However, after two sessions, it became clear that it would only look natural with a shaved head. My feedback was not taken seriously, and little effort was made to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I had a formal event two weeks later and was told my SMP would be undetectable by then, but that wasn't the case. I was advised to use hair fibers as a solution instead. The lack of support and communication left me feeling disheartened, especially after investing time and money. A service should stand by its results, particularly when they are permanent, and in this case, it did not. I urge others to carefully consider their options before committing to this SMP service, as no one deserves to feel self-conscious or embarrassed about their appearance. Thankfully, I was able to get a partial refund, but the pricing for this service is steep for the results I received. Every knowledgeable source I've spoken to has agreed that my experience with this practitioner was borderline unethical. Time to explore laser options..
