It was not good I asked for a price before I went, she said it was covered by insurance! they did the same x-rays like last time charge me $75 for nothing and it's crazy I asked for the price before going the lady said it was covered by my insurance and that was a lie but it's fine last time!!!! I saw Dr. Hampton for an exam and some fillings. My assistants and the doctor made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and it was painless. I highly recommend this office. From the front desk and treatment coordinating staff to the hygienist, assistants, and doctors…all are top notch!

We were greeted by Emma as we opened the door, she checked us in right away. My husband and I both had our teeth cleaned by Ana, she did an excellent job and was very professional. It was best cleaning I’ve ever had, I made my tongue sore feeling of my teeth because they felt so slick.

The only issue with this office is, I wasn’t informed that I no longer had a credit that I needed $2800.00 for my appointment I wasn’t informed until I was there for the appointment. I don’t know about most people but I can’t just make that kind of money appear Other than that the staff make you comfortable
Really bad experience. Went in talked to Dr. He said I could come back for a full exam but I could take care of a few bad teeth sooner if I wanted to I told him I did spoke with his assistant said same thing but then she tells receptionist something different then the dentist comes to the front and gets an attitude trust me when I say go somewhere else they are also very very expensive

Dr Kendall and his staff are wonderful! Took me in on an emergency basis and I ended up getting 5 implants because they were actually affordable. Went for consultation today and I was so very impressed with the all the information I was given on how they could do implants for teeth I am missing and fix my teeth that are still good. Really liked that they are into saving teeth instead of pulling them.

I called Texas Sedation Dental and Implant Center after doing an internet search. I am a self pay patient and the receptionist informed me of a deal for a free consultation and CBCT scan. It sounded too good to be true, so I requested and received an email stating clearly and without condition that the services mentioned to me over the phone were complimentary. I also scheduled an appointment. After consulting with the dentist, he informed me that he did not feel he could treat my condition competently and needed to refer me elsewhere. He then mentioned that the CBCT deal only applies to patients who are treated in the office after the scan. Next, the dentist sent in an office manager named Sarah and I calmly explained again that I was not informed that the “complimentary” CBCT scan was conditional on my future treatment there. I said that it is a fine and fair policy, but that the communication was inadequate and misleading. She was completely unsympathetic, defensive, and condescending, denying any error on behalf of any office staff. At this point I wasn’t even hoping to get the free scan I was promised in writing because I no longer desired to be a patient there, but I was hoping for a simple, sincere apology. After reasoning together, Sarah flatly acknowledged a communication error and apologized in an annoyed and insincere way. Then, she motioned impatiently toward the door and told me to leave at least 5 times in a matter of seconds while I momentarily froze in shock over the way she was treating me. I took time out of my day to seek help from this practice in good faith, and was withheld what was committed to me in writing, denied the courtesy and humanity of a genuine apology for the miscommunication, then shooed out of the office as if I was a pesky fly or an annoying dog. It was very upsetting and dehumanizing. Less

Dr Hampton was great he made me feel at ease and kept talking to me to keep me distracted. Very compassionate dentist and the staff is so amazing too. They helped me right from the start. Any questions I had the ladies in the office answered and made me feel at ease. This place is really great!!

They don't accept Medicare ... but are otherwise awesomely helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I signed up for their private plan, and will continue with them for all my dental needs. <3
Carol, the dental hygienist is one of the best! The staff is friendly & Dr. Hampton checked my teeth after Carol cleaned them and he has a great way of making his patient feel safe & comfortable. With COVID , the office & staff are safe oriented and they keep everything clean & very well organized in all safety protocols.
Of course, no one ever wants to go to the dentist. It's never a 'pleasant' experience. But, if you're going to have to go through the pain, the inconvenience and the forking over of big bucks, you want your dental work done right the first time. These folks know what they're doing and they do things right. Thank you, Dr. Hampton.
My visit at Texas Sedation was very positive. I feel that my needs will be taken care of. I just hope that I can afford the work that will give me that smile that I'm looking for.
I have a huge fear of going to the dentist. It's why I've avoided it for years. They made me feel at ease and we're super nice. We've laid out a treatment plan and I'm actually feeling at ease to get my smile going. 😉 As an added bonus, I have social anxiety so phone calls are hard for me. They were able to set up my appointment by text.

Dr. Kendall and his assistant Betty are absolutely wonderful. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past and am terrified of dental procedures. I would recommend Dr. Kendall to anyone looking for a kind and compassionate dentist. He puts his patients first.
