January 2021 Cherry Creek Landscaping was employed to build some masonry planters boxes at our home, in the winter of 2022 the thin-set/concrete began to crack and fall apart, I reached out to their scheduler and then was put in communication with the owner. The owner came out to assess what had happened and the determination was made that it had to be associated with the inclement weather and a bad bag/batch of concrete. The owner immediately told me he would send a team out to resolve the problem. After about a week his team came out, very polite individuals and within 6 hours had removed the old concrete were it failed and recompleted the masonry work. Cherry Creek did an excellent job on our yard. Jovanne perfectly designed a stucco courtyard on the side of our house and walls to a patio in the backyard. All the spaces were blended to the existing design and carefully installed. The jobsite was cleaned everyday. The craftsmanship is superb. The team communications was impressive.
