Have had golf carts for over forty years and had work done on them in several cities in Texas. Never experienced the positive experience I just had with RFX Carts. He installed a Lithium Battery in my 2018 Club Car, price was very reasonable compared to other Cart places in the area. He picked it up delivered it back when he said he would and all work completed. Brett is completely involved with his business and really does what he says he will do. I really recommend RFX for cart work.

Now that I’m fairly sure I have a safe product… Probably worst customer service I’ve ever had on a purchase this large.I bought a Ranger 2+2 Plus from them. Good product now that it actually works. It didn’t have an upgrade it should have when originally dropped off, was like pulling teeth to get the guy out there to install. Made an appointment that he no call now showed to, then arrived late to finally install.A couple weeks later, the cart was driving very odd because the lug nuts on the wheels were loose. The wheels could have came off. I told Rick the owner this issue almost pulled me into oncoming traffic and I wanted to get this looked at. I had to call multiple times again about this safety issue and again, no call no shows. Frustrated, as I had been VERY understanding up to this point, I called again and asked for a refund and just come pick it up. I got LAUGHED at on the phone. Couldn’t believe it.Eventually they picked it up and I think the issue is fixed, but it is a full time job staying on these guys. Brad I think is the service tech who no called no showed multiple times.Happy to explain in detail for anyone curious. Buyer beware, if you are after market, you are an after thought to these guys.

RFX and Brett were incredible to work with. I have a Club Car that had alignment issues as well as needed a battery replacement. The guys at RFX diagnosed my problem quickly and fixed my alignment problems. They also switched out my old batteries for a new Lithium upgrade. In addition they fixed a few other items on my cart to make it drive better and give it a longer life. I can’t say enough about how professional they were and how they were to work with. They explained all of the repairs needed and fixed everything within a few weeks. They always answered my calls and were extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. They were incredible to work with and will be my go to golf cart repair company when needed to my personal cart! A+++
