HUGE thank you to Brett and the entire team at RFX Carts for helping me pull off the ultimate surprise for my husband’s birthday! They went above and beyond to make sure his gift was delivered and set up before he got home, and it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly! The whole process was quick and easy, and Brett was so helpful and knowledgeable about his products. From the first phone call to the delivery and setup, everyone at RFX was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Our experience with RFX carts could not have been better! Brett listened to our needs, recommended the best cart to fit them, and simplified the entire purchasing process. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices.Beyond the knowledgeable, zero-pressure sales experience, Brett continues to provide exceptional customer service after the sale. We requested a major modification that we assumed would take weeks to complete, but he delivered exactly what we needed in a few days and even came to our house after 8:00 PM to finish the installation in our garage. We were listened to and ended up with the right cart at the right price and exceptional customer service. We could not be happier with the entire experience and strongly recommend RFX for anyone looking to purchase a golf cart!"

Brett delivered my cart to me tonight after business hours and took every phone call as I navigated my new cart. Prior to my purchase Brett was friendly, and let a buyer do what they need to do hassle free. Look at the inventory, drive as many around until I found the one. If you are looking for a golf cart, this is the place and I looked at a lot of carts. I’m more than thrilled with my purchase.

We purchased our 2026 Falcon from RFX on September 7th, and the experience could not have been better. We visited three other golf cart dealerships during the previous two weeks, and Brett at RFX immediately stood out. From the beginning, we genuinely felt that he had our best interests in mind and was focused on helping us find the right cart for us—not simply making a sale.Brett was extremely knowledgeable and gave us clear, unbiased explanations of the differences between the models we were considering. His professionalism and straightforward approach quickly earned our trust. We took several test drives, asked plenty of questions, and never once felt pressured to buy. When we started discussing numbers, it was clear Brett was working hard to put together a deal that made sense for both sides. We were very pleased with the offer, and he took the time to carefully explain all of our financing and purchase options. The service after the sale was even more impressive. We were hoping to have “Smoky,” our new Falcon, delivered before the weekend. Brett told us he would get it delivered that same day, including installing the accessory we purchased. The store became extremely busy after we left, but Brett kept his word and personally delivered our cart to our home at 9:30 that night. That level of commitment, honesty, and customer service is rare. If you are shopping for a golf cart, I highly recommend RFX and especially Brett. He made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Five stars without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our golf cart! The owner truly went above and beyond, even personally delivering it to us two hours away. The entire process was easy, professional, and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of customer service, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!
