Dr. Cole and his team are the best, very kind, compassionate, and truly know how to help. I found Dr. Cole after many years of not being well. I had some great doctors and naturopaths who helped me alot but just never quite enough, I would get better for awhile then sick again. A year ago I got really sick, things that had helped some weren't working at all. Six months later I was giving up when I accidentally discovered Dr. Cole's AHR program and set up a virtual consultation. A team member, Woodbury, who then became my coach, contacted me and explained the program. I was scared to try but it made so much sense and she was so understanding and knowledgeable, I felt hope again, thank you so much Woodbury!!! I saw changes in how I felt in the first month and kept getting better, my husband says it's like night and day and so worth it. I am so very grateful for Dr. Cole and his team, I now feel better in so many ways than I ever have, especially in the last 30 years (I am 69). The program can be overwhelming when you start and aren't feeling well but don't give up, it truly works. I will continue the lifestyle, no question. It is so amazing to feel good!!!

I completed Dr. Will Cole's Autoimmune Health Reset program and the results are tangible in so many areas. As someone who has seen functional medicine doctors for over a decade, this is the most wholistic and comprehensive approach I have experienced. The digital resources available are akin to Belle's library from Beauty and the Beast. The platform is a treasure trove of support and guidance. The coaches all bring deep wisdom and practical actions to take while compassionately honoring the headspace, heart-space, and body of each individual. They tailor it according to each person's symptoms, limitations, and needs. The office hours were a good way to connect and feel less alone on the health journey. The video calls in general are The supplements were helpful for many of my symptoms and scheduled in a way that worked with my life. The food was also paramount to an improved quality of life-mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The recipes were a saving a grace and awakened some of my creativity in the kitchen. I felt safe and honored as an individual. I will be forever grateful for the health foundation I received through this program. There is overall an atmosphere of realistic encouragement, solutions, and celebrating. Shoutout to Woodbury for being a beacon of light and a well of insight.

This review is on the Autoimmune Health Reset program. When I called and had the initial consultation the lady that I spoke with talked so fast it was hard to understand the parameters of the program. Which, after I got off the phone it reminded me of time share sales tactics where they speak extremely fast so they can confuse the consumer on what they are actually purchasing. They do not give you time to think about it and they want you to have whomever helps you make financial decisions there with you, also like a time share. I was told that I would meet with Dr Cole once a week and then have coach calls once a month which to me justified the over eight thousand dollars for the program. I was particularly concerned about getting treatment to help/cure Hashimoto's. The loss of hair, retention of weight, brain fog and other symptoms I am experiencing. They made it sound like they would be focusing on gut reset with the intentions of helping my particular aliments. They stated they had a high success rate with patients with Hashimoto's. I am a vegan and they initially ask if you would at least consider some animal products. They put me on their "vegan" protocol but at every call reminded me how wonderful organ meats are and bone broth. I constantly watched their videos that talked about organ meats and bone broth which isn't something I wanted to hear about throughout my "vegan" protocol. I was constantly subjected to hearing about animal products during the program. I quickly learnt that it was a one size fits all program that is self taught, and they were not gearing my treatment to my illness. That was not explained during the consultation. Also once I had financially invested myself to this program that you do not get to meet with Dr Cole once a week. It is a live Q&A between him and his employee that you can submit questions to prior to it going live. You do not get to speak with Dr Cole at all during the program. You then receive a huge box of supplements that does not explain in layman terms what they are and how they help but it's part of their protocol. When I asked about labs during the course of the program I was told the only thing included is to do another inflammation questionnaire. Labs are an extra cost, which they try to get you to do at the end of the program. The only reason I didn't try to back out after I had obtained a loan for the program was because I read the difficulty that other people had on BBB reviews in getting their money back. (after I purchased the program) I wish I would have looked at that website prior to investing. I had wondered how this program got such high reviews on Google and it's because at the end of the program if you provide a 4 or 5 star review they give you 40% off their supplements. In my opinion this program is a scam for anyone really trying to treat their ailments. I feel completely ripped off and frustrated that now I have to pay over eight grand and I am still as sick as I was when I started the program.

I have seen Dr. Cole and his office for about two months now, and I am already seeing great results! I feel less fatigued and am pleased with their findings within my diagnostic tests, including bloodwork and saliva samples. I’m so grateful for Dr. Cole and his team. I found them when I was at rock bottom with my health and it felt like no practitioner was listening or taking my symptoms seriously. Through partnering with their team for years, I’ve been able to work towards healing and get to the root cause of my issues. I am just completing Dr. Cole's AHR program, via online, and the results I have seen to date are incredible. While I still have a ways to go in getting my digestive system fully healed, I have been able to make great strides following the protocols of this program. Dr. Cole and his staff are all very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and work with you. It is not easy, but being able to watch their Q&A sessions and other meetings that have been recorded and view conversations within the portal when my schedule allowed me to do so, really helped in getting me on track when I veered off. Just absolutely amazing group to work with. In February of this year, I was lost and in a deep state of grief after losing my 32 year old son to a tragic accident. Dr Cole and his team has changed my perspective on healing.
