The coaching was awesome, Dana and Brandon were very knowledgeable and filled the class with energy. PR'd my squat clean by 10 pounds and knocked out two ring muscle-ups without a false grip. I've been CrossFitting for seven years and haven't PR'd my squat clean in three years. Also, on the rings I have relied on false grip 100% of the time. With a few great cues from Brandon I was able to bang out a few muscle-ups and beat my previous score from the 14.4 Open workout. Super nice people here! The best coaching. No detail is overlooked when my form is being coached. The programming makes total sense (ie it's varied but NOT random). The best!
