What can I say?! This gym has the most welcoming, family-like atmosphere. I'm not originally from the area, but I felt at home here instantly. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms, and they are always the first to welcome me back whenever I've been out of town!I’ve been coming to this gym for some time now, and the coaches, community, and the gym doggo motivate me each and every time I walk through the door. I've learned a ton and have been pushed out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. They truly believe in you! I usually loathe running, but even that has seen major improvements.If you want a gym that values high-quality coaching, its members, and immaculate cleanliness, then this is the place for you. I definitely 10/10 recommend!

One word for Kirkland CrossFit: GREAT!!The community: AWESOME!!The coaches: INCREDIBLE!!I joined recently, and I can already see a difference in my endurance and strength. Kirkland CrossFit is an amazing gym. Their knowledge of kinesiology, technique, and how to build a foundation for success in reaching your goals is second to none I have experienced. The staff is incredibly friendly, the culture is inviting regardless of skill level, and i leave class with a new friend almost every session.CrossFit can get a bad reputation with injuries and a toxic culture… Kirkland CrossFit takes extra steps to ensure that is not the case. Drilling on technique, doing proper warmups, and allowing you to push yourself but encouraging you not over do it. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to grow their lives in physical fitness, strength, and wonderful fellowship.

I used to do CrossFit 20 years ago, but at 55 years old I was concerned that that time had passed. I was working out everyday but it just wasn't having the impact I was looking for. After hemming and hawing for quite a while I decided to try Kirkland CrossFit.Jamie (the owner), The trainers, and the community are top notch. I feel myself getting back into shape. They are welcoming of all levels. And I'm now going there everyday, even though I expect it to only go a couple times a week. CrossFit has replaced every single one of my other workouts.The gym itself is always incredibly clean, organized, and well laid out. There are also Endurx classes for a great HIIT burn.Even if you think you are not ready for CrossFit you should go. The staff here will take care of you and make sure you get to the point you want to get to.

I recently joined Kirkland CrossFit and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From day one, the coaches and members made me feel genuinely welcome—it’s a truly friendly and supportive community.I left my previous gym because it lacked that sense of connection and had poor programming, so finding this environment has been refreshing. The workouts here are not only well-structured but also fun and motivating. I’ve already noticed a renewed drive to improve my endurance and strength.I also enjoy the EndurX classes— a great way to push myself, burn extra calories, and even get more comfortable with running (I’m trying). On top of that, the gym is always clean, organized, and runs smoothly.Everyone is helpful, encouraging, and positive—exactly what CrossFit should be about. Highly recommend!

Fantastic gym with incredibly helpful trainers. Did the CrossFit open here on short notice due to weather and Jamie was an amazing and supportive coach! The drop-in process was super smooth and the gym was spacious, bright, and super well equipped. Will definitely be back!

Such a great spot! Took my first EndurX class and it was amazing. Coach Leo had great energy and the workout was challenging but fun. Studio is so clean and it feels like a great community. Can’t wait to go back!

So impressed with this gym! Clean, bright, spacious and everyone is super friendly. As someone new to CrossFit, I feel the coaches do a great job of warming up and modifying movements to safely and effectively do the workouts. If I’m not feeling the scheduled workout, I love the option of taking their EndurX class instead - 45 min HIIT workout that feels challenging but not overwhelming!
