Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The classes are great. They scale the exercises to your level and the trainers make you feel comfortable.
I’ve only ever done the mummy & baby class here so that’s all I can speak to, but I would 10/10 recommend! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced gym goer, the class can be tailored to you. The parent and baby class has been great for returning to exercise after having a baby. The sessions are a good balance of strength work, cardio and pelvic floor/core recovery. Jess is really knowledgable and approachable and is always willing to give personalised advice on recovery and exercises to help aid this.... More

Was scared to join as I thought I’m getting on a bit and I wouldn’t be able to do it but Cathie and everyone have been really welcoming and adapt the class to fit your needs as it is small so they can give you the attention you need. However, I can tell you that mine was pretty low and that CrossFit Clifton is the perfect solution to this problem. When I was out of shape and hesitant to join fitness classes with experienced individuals, I found that the environment at CrossFit Clifton was welcoming to people like me. I started three weeks ago, and I was so happy to find coaches like Jess, who are incredibly energetic, enthusiastic and always available to assist you. These kinds of people are incredibly positive for individuals like me who struggle to find motivation and happiness in the gym! Furthermore, the classes have a maximum of eight people, ensuring you are always supervised and guided through every exercise. I highly recommend CrossFit Clifton as the ideal place to start your fitness journey and achieve your goals in a supportive and positive environment. Less
CrossFit classes are amazing!But I don't really recommend having a shower there. Showers are not very clean.

I joined CrossFit Clifton just over a year ago, with the goal of getting my chassis beach ready, feeling fitter and meeting some likeminded ex rugby players dreaming of the mid-30’s comeback to the 1st’s despite the 9-5, a wife and two kids. 150+ sessions and 2 CrossFit Open comps later, I can happily confirm that I’ve climbed the world ranking from the 28th percentile to the whopping heights of ... I joined CrossFit Clifton just over a year ago, with the goal of getting my chassis beach ready, feeling fitter and meeting some likeminded ex rugby players dreaming of the mid-30’s comeback to the 1st’s despite the 9-5, a wife and two kids. 150+ sessions and 2 CrossFit Open comps later, I can happily confirm that I’ve climbed the world ranking from the 28th percentile to the whopping heights of the 29th percentile worldwide, and shared this road to victory with some wonderful like minded individuals. Sadly, the rig is still very much “work in progress”, most likely due to my love for Guinness and Pasties, and certainly not due to the regular enjoyable sessions and consistent encouragement from the coaching team! Big up to Ty and his band of merry Oly Lifting warriors for making Wednesday the best night of my week. That social scene is second to none with regular extra-curricular activities ensuring that the Saturday morning team workouts are always done with a sore head. Rumour has it we may even be off on TOUR soon (What happens on your stays on tour though so that won’t make it to this review). In all seriousness, the sessions are great and the coaches are super helpful, taking me from struggling to string a few push ups together to my first clean & Jerks and a new deadlift PB (200kg… just saying!). Would recommend CFC 100%. Less

Super easy to use. The senior classes are a great way to keep fit. You are not pressured to work beyond your capabilities.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The classes are great. They scale the exercises to your level and the trainers make you feel comfortable.

The parent and baby class has been great for returning to exercise after having a baby. The sessions are a good balance of strength work, cardio and pelvic floor/core recovery. I started three weeks ago, and I was so happy to find coaches like Jess, who are incredibly energetic, enthusiastic and always available to assist you. These kinds of people are incredibly positive for individuals like me who struggle to find motivation and happiness in the gym! Furthermore, the classes have a maximum of eight people, ensuring you are always supervised and guided through every exercise. I highly recommend CrossFit Clifton as the ideal place to start your fitness journey and achieve your goals in a supportive and positive environment. Less

I joined CrossFit Clifton just over a year ago, with the goal of getting my chassis beach ready, feeling fitter and meeting some likeminded ex rugby players dreaming of the mid-30’s comeback to the 1st’s despite the 9-5, a wife and two kids. 150+ sessions and 2 CrossFit Open comps later, I can happily confirm that I’ve climbed the world ranking from the 28th percentile to the whopping heights of the 29th percentile worldwide, and shared this road to victory with some wonderful like minded individuals. Sadly, the rig is still very much “work in progress”, most likely due to my love for Guinness and Pasties, and certainly not due to the regular enjoyable sessions and consistent encouragement from the coaching team! Big up to Ty and his band of merry Oly Lifting warriors for making Wednesday the best night of my week. That social scene is second to none with regular extra-curricular activities ensuring that the Saturday morning team workouts are always done with a sore head. Rumour has it we may even be off on TOUR soon (What happens on your stays on tour though so that won’t make it to this review). In all seriousness, the sessions are great and the coaches are super helpful, taking me from struggling to string a few push ups together to my first clean & Jerks and a new deadlift PB (200kg… just saying!). Would recommend CFC 100%. Less

Super easy to use. The senior classes are a great way to keep fit. You are not pressured to work beyond your capabilities.
