I found Back To Health on Google when I was dealing with significant lower back pain and nothing else seemed to be helping. I had previously gone to a chiropractor for adjustments, but wasn’t seeing any improvement. For my first two visits which included x-rays and a thorough consultation, they clearly explained what was causing my pain and outlined to plan to address it. The staff was amazing every step of the way- friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I committed to a three month treatment plan with appointments twice a week which included rehab exercises, the decompression table and adjustments. It was definitely a commitment in both time and money, but it was absolutely worth it. After three months, I noticed a huge difference- I was moving easily, about 80% of my pain was gone, and I had exercises I could continue on my own to keep improving. I’m now transitioning into maintenance and feel confident that I’ll continue to get better. Highly recommend Back To Health to anyone dealing with chronic pain and looking for a long-term solution.

BTH six week program fixed my three areas of pain. I walk 8 to 12 thousand daily with no knee pain. Sleep all night with no shoulder pain that use to wake me many times before treatment. My acute back pain was gone after first treatment. Highly recommend HTH complete care

2 years I've been battling pain which took my quality of life from fun and outgoing to staying home and spending alot of days in bed and tons of er trips and hospital stays. I have seen so many doctors and they all just wanted to medicate me but not find the problem. I was feeling hopeless. I missed many of my oldest kiddos sports games, not able to play with my kids, wasn't able to pick up my babies, I couldn't sit in a car longer than 15 min, or sit to long or stand to long. I rarely went out in public and it started to get to me mentally. I felt like this was my new normal and I had to accept it but im so glad I didnt. I found this place thru word of mouth and called while I was in town and I was able to be seen that day. The dr took xrays, he listened to me, and made a care plan and reassured me he could get me pain relief. I started in November and just finished a week ago and I can say I have more better days than bad. My rib pain and arm pain is completely gone and my neck and back is barable and not as much. I can clean my whole house, play with my children, I dont miss a game, and I can pick my babies up. I have found joy again and im able to actually enjoy life with less tears and less pain. I was skeptical at first but after tons of doctors this practice was the only 1 who listened, cared, and HELPED. If you are not getting answers I recommend seeing him because I promise ur quality of life will improve to where you can start living again. Im really grateful for their whole team from the Dr who not only gave me hope but also progress and from the staff who are so kind and always put a smile on my face. I looked forward to going every single week. Great place and the best care !!!!!
