I went to PrimeIV for an Immunity Boost and Vitamin D injection and was told it would be cheaper for me to do the membership and that there was no cancellation fee. Obviously, I opted to pay less and then I would call and cancel before the next month. Perfect right...not so much...I just called to cancel and they told me there was $100 cancellation fee. They offered to pretend like I never got the membership but I would have to pay the difference of $60. Unacceptable to sell something by lying to people. The manager did not follow through with what was sold to me and refused to cancel my membership. I told him that I do not authorize anymore charges on my credit card and in the event there is it will be fraudulent. Find another place that is honest and sells something based off good intention.
