Fantastic service for the Lanoguard protection for my MX-5. Paul explained the process very well and looked after my car extremely carefully.A courtesy car was provided for the duration of the treatment and the whole experience overall could not have been better. I booked my 23 year old BMW in for the lanoguard service with Tiki detail. They were responsive with communications during the booking period and clear on what the process would entail and how long they would need the car for. They provided a courtesy car as well which was very useful as they needed the car for 24 hours to allow for application and curing of the lanoguard product. The car had been detailed inside and out including the engine bay as well and looked superb, they gave me a verbal report of the condition of the underside of the car as well as a video of before and after. I would definitely recommend this service and will bring my cars to them again in future.

Service extrêmement décevant. Malgré un tarif élevé, le travail réalisé est loin d’être à la hauteur. La carrosserie présente encore des résidus, le traitement annoncé n’a clairement pas été appliqué correctement et certaines zones semblent ne pas avoir été touchées. Le nettoyage intérieur est incomplet : poussières, traces sur les surfaces, odeur persistante. Le plus frustrant, c’est l’absence totale de professionnalisme lors de mes réclamations. On m’a répondu de manière expéditive, sans aucune volonté de corriger les défauts. Pour un service censé être premium, c’est une énorme déception. Je déconseille fortement.

Je ne comprends pas comment ce service peut se dire professionnel. Le véhicule était à peine plus propre qu’avant l’intervention. Les plastiques intérieurs n’ont pas été traités, les sièges étaient encore tachés et l’extérieur présentait des traces de séchage partout. Le manque de sérieux est flagrant. Même en essayant de discuter avec l’équipe, aucune solution n’a été proposée, seulement des excuses vagues. J’attendais un travail soigné et méticuleux, mais ce que j’ai obtenu ressemble plus à un nettoyage rapide et bâclé. C’est très décevant et je ne retournerai certainement pas.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le travail effectué ne correspondait absolument pas à la description du service proposé. Le polish a été mal appliqué, laissant des taches et des hologrammes sur la peinture. L’habitacle n’a quasiment pas été traité, avec des zones oubliées partout. En plus, le personnel n’a montré aucun souci du détail et n’a pas assumé les erreurs. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications, on m’a simplement répondu que “c’était normal”, ce qui est inacceptable. Pour un service payé aussi cher, le résultat est catastrophique. Je regrette vraiment d’avoir choisi cet établissement.

Expérience très décevante. Le véhicule m’a été rendu avec des micro-rayures supplémentaires, alors que je l’avais confié pour une rénovation complète. Le nettoyage intérieur était superficiel : poussière encore présente, tapis mal aspirés, vitres pleines de traces. Le service client a été très difficile à joindre et n’a proposé aucune solution satisfaisante. Pour un service supposé haut de gamme, la qualité n’y est pas du tout. Je m’attendais à un travail soigné et professionnel, mais c’est tout le contraire que j’ai obtenu. Je déconseille fortement, surtout vu les tarifs pratiqués

Je suis vraiment déçu par ce service de detailing. Le résultat final était loin de ce qui avait été promis. Les traces sur la carrosserie étaient toujours visibles, l’intérieur n’était pas correctement nettoyé et plusieurs zones semblaient totalement ignorées. J’ai également trouvé l’équipe peu réactive aux messages et incapable d’expliquer clairement pourquoi le travail avait été bâclé. Pour un service présenté comme professionnel, c’est franchement inadmissible. J’ai perdu du temps, de l’argent et je n’ai même pas obtenu un nettoyage correct. Je ne recommande absolument pas et je ne referai plus appel à ce service.

Paul recently detailed and ceramic coated my 3 year old Triumph Tiger and I’ve been blown away with the results ever since! It’s made the bike so much easier to clean especially as I use it for commuting in all weathers. Paul is a top bloke and very accommodating, after the first call I knew he was the detailing company for me. 100% the best at his craft and I’m looking forward to having my car done with him too.

Expérience globalement négative. Beaucoup de zones du véhicule n’ont pas été traitées correctement, certaines même complètement ignorées. Les résultats sont loin de justifier le prix payé et le service client n’a pas montré beaucoup d’intérêt pour corriger les problèmes. Une vraie déception du début à la fin.
