This gym and coach are phenomenal! Coach Diana can work with anyone, regardless of any physical restraints. I asked for help with my arthritic joints and she tailored a routine that enables me to work without pain. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. Coach Diana also holds workshops such as self defense on weekends. She is AWESOME!
