Website has ZERO info on NAD options (just that they offer it) or pricing (if its there it was too difficult to find) and tried to make me register an account to book an appointment.I just booked with IV Nutrition (10 min down the road), with no problem! I was able to see all their options and pricing online and did not need an account to book my appointment!UPDATE: IV Nutrition is located in town center and yes I'm looking at your page. Instead of taking constructive criticism on ways to improve new customer experience you chose to call me a troll and suggest that if I don't revise my review I must work for a competitor. Clever trick.. Someone else should really be responsible for company responses to Google reviews cause all you did there was make yourself look worse. I don't work for your competitors and I'm not going through the hassel of creating an account to book an appointment. Make your site more user friendly, or don't. The information I was looking for was difficult to find without direction from you, and booking an appointment was a hassel because it requires you to create an account first. And it is FAR too late to clean up your response!! You handled this so poorly. You had an opportunity to provide me with the information I was looking for, show me that you're less expensive, and get me to cancel my appointment with IV Nutrition. And guess what, I might have even deleted my review! But I'm going to pay that extra $50 for 500mg of NAD because now I'm just pissed! I had the best experience yesterday! I was feeling so run down and tired lately. Every muscle and joint was aching. After my visit it that amazing massage chair with oxygen and a B12 IV I feel absolutely amazing today! I feel hydrated, my head is clear, no achy joints and tons of energy! I have gone to other IV Therapy providers, none of them demonstrated the level of care or professionalism of your staff. I HATE needles so it is a big deal for me to walk in voluntarily for a service like this and I never felt anxious.Top marks across the board. Less
