And the reception staff is awesome. Everyone who works there is extra friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The best part is the Executive Director/Creator of Firm Sculpt, Sebastian, is always there. He cares about the brand and about the clients, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Which is so rare at an establishment. I went in to get a Skin Pen treatment. I didn’t know much about it but Elisa did my treatment and I felt so at peace. I was really worried about the pain factor. And she calmed me down and made me feel like it was just another normal day. She applied numbing cream. Waited awhile. And then started treatment. I can gladly say the treatment barely hurt at all. She did a great job. As is expected my face was super red, but not bleeding at all. And by the next day I was completely back to normal complexion. The whole process took almost three hours but flew by. I’m excited to see the results once I’m fully healed. And I’m excited to go back for more treatments! Less
