I ultimately decided to stick with the RF needling which was conducted professionally and without pain (medical grade numbing cream applied). The second treatment, she started with my forehead and I told her three times that I didn't feel anything at all...like she wasn't even doing anything. She turned up the intensity and THEN I felt it. Sure enough, after leaving, most of my face was super red and it was obvious that my forehead had not been touched. Also, while I was waiting for the numbing cream, she took another client and took forever to come back to me. I could hear the ENTIRE session like they were in the same room with me. I’ve visited other medspas in the past and have never received such amazing results as I did at Vibe MedSpa. The atmosphere put me at ease and was relaxing from the moment I stepped in, and the entire staff is hands down the best at what they do. I’ve had several procedures there, including Botox, Versa, and skin care procedures, Stephanie and the other nurses and nurse injectors here are absolute pros at skin care and injectables. My botox in the past left me with uneven skin and wrinkles left behind in odd places; at Vibe they got it perfect and I’m amazed with the results. I like that they use the latest in treatments and are continually ensuring that they’re up to date on new methods and products, because what works for one person may not for another. When I called her she was just as rude to me as she was during the service. She kept giving me her education as a excuse for her lack of experience. To be honest I will not go back to get the microblading done by Stephanie. Stephanie did not use a ruler therefore my eyebrows are not symmetrical. There is also a downwards point in my left brow. One is thicker than the other and darker. When I mentioned it to her she put more lines on places other than where it was obviously crooked. Waste of my money and time.

Microbladding was something I wanted to do for a long time however the high prices kept me away. I located Stephanie on Facebook by chance as she posted a summer special on the FB page of my local community. I contacted her multiple times with questions & concerns and she always responded back w/in a reasonable timeframe. I finally set up an appt after feeling comfortable with the answers she gave me. Stephanie was extremely meticulous when she sketched on my brows .. she give me suggestions & also allowed me to make modifications.. she was not adamant about doing them the way she thought they looked best. I was conservative on my 1st appt & stayed w/in my natural brow line. The appt was aprx l 2hrs ...when I was done she gave me aftercare instructions which I followed to a T. She told me the color would develop more in the weeks to come and it was true ! A couple of weeks after my 1st appt they looked good however by the time my touch up appt rolled around & now 8 weeks later my brows looked great! I decided prior to going to my 6 week appt that I would have Stephanie go a lil outside of my natural brow because that was the look that I really wanted ( more fuller) .. the appt lasted about 1 hr & again I followed the after care to a T and needless to say 2 weeks later my brows look AWESOME!!!! On July 5th, Stephanie sent me an email to write a '5-star review' since she recently opened her new business: Vibe MedSpa. I do not believe in rating someone 5-stars just because I'm asked. Although my review is not favorable, since I was going through my emails and was solicited to share my feedback by Stephanie, I thought I would comply. Here is my review I wrote on her Facebook page for Eye Envy Microblading. I really wanted to like my experience but from the moment I arrived to her house, I questioned the level of professionalism. I originally responded to a post in a Chandler site for $250 - I arrived at her house for my session, there are no signs or even a private entry. I even arrived early (since I got an email stressing the importance of respecting your scheduled time) as that is the appropriate action to take and Stephanie was running behind, so I had to come back as there was no office to comfortably sit in. As I returned, 15 minutes into my scheduled session, I was escorted back and we began the session. During my session, Stephanie was mentioning that with starting her business, she is offering low pricing but with that comes risk. I guess people don't tip and others no show. I was amused to hear the stories but I did start to question her work ethic. Stephanie started by drawing on my fave, I never saw the ruler she uses in her photos to help with measuring. This was a red flag in hindsight. She then used a spray which really didn't do much numbing - the process was actually more painful that my tattoos. Stephanie mentioned it was a new product, so it appears she was testing it. After she was done with my session, my eyebrows looked like Bert and Ernie brows, however I reminded myself to not rush to judgment and wait for them to heal. After she was done, I mentioned '$250, right?' and Stephanie said no, it's $300. I felt a little betrayed but I went with it because it was already a deal. I scheduled my touch up and left. As the weeks passed, I liked that my brows were more full but there were lots of patches and I wasn't in love. I even recommended friends and the response from them was similar, our brows were okay, but we weren't in love with them. My brows also were not symmetrical - I didn't expect perfection but I expected more symmetry. Prior to returning for my touch up, I applied Dr Numb to my brows and thank god I did ... no pain at all. When I arrived at Stephanie's, I shared my concerns and she reinforced me that this was natural and after the touch up, I would love my brows. I asked for a more dramatic look and to fill in the patches. As we concluded, Stephanie said 'if I missed anything or you want more, let me know.' Fast forward to yesterday, I reach out to Stephanie to let her know I have patches still and a divot which I have to fill in to make a straight look to my upper part of my right brow. If she were to add one or two lines it would totally fix it. I sent pictures and Stephanie said it would be $150. I mentioned that she implied there would be no cost, but realistically I was okay paying the $50 touch up fee again. She said she would drop it to $100 but by this time, I just didn't trust her or really feel her work wasn't worth investing more money into. I'm a fair person and I don't write bad reviews unless really warranted. To come to this page and see others with similar concerns made me want to share my journey with Stephanie. Customer service is key in her industry, making customers happy, within reason of course. I do expect her to stand behind her word and be open to feedback but she gets defensive and doesn't own her mistakes. Please don't advertise one price but charge another, don't offer to fix something but then say it will cost you. Please think twice before you make a commitment and trust your gut, a deal in microblading isn't worth the savings - all deals come with a risk and in my gut, I knew it. I wanted others to read my experience and then educate themselves to make their own judgement before getting services with Stephanie. Less

I have been to many places and NO ONE KNOWS MORE ABOUT LASERS THEN SONJA. She is profficent and so calming making sure to get every spot treated. I never have to worry about what my face will look like or if something will go wrong because I know My face is in the best hands with her. So full of knowledge and experience. I have had multiple laser treatments done by Sonja Benning. I am very pleased with my results. My first treatment was a photo facial. It removed all my dark pigments from sun damage. After a lot of research I decided to microblade my brows to make them fuller and I’m so happy I did! I was a bit nervous but Stephane calmed my nerves , answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the process. I just got my 6 week touch up and they are perfect!
