We are very happy with the work KDC did to design and build our beautiful kitchen. We worked together to come up with the look (modern) that we wanted. Both Tom, the owner, and Andrea, the designer, were easy to work with. Andrea was a great help in selecting all of the components that have made the kitchen as beautiful as it is. Tom had good ideas to give us more counterspace than we had. He knew exactly what needed to be done for this to happen whereas others had ideas that were non-starters for us. The individual who did almost all of the work on the kitchen: electrical, plumbing, cabinet and appliance installation, structural changes, etc., was fantastic. Overall, KDC did a great job and we recommend them highly.

KDC did a complete redo of our large 80s master bathroom. It involved moving walls and complete tear out. They were easy to work with on design and completed a timeless beautiful bathroom on budget and on time. All of the contractors were professional and detail oriented. They were at our home everyday to make sure the project was completed when promised. We love the new bathroom.

KDC remolded our kitchen. It had not been touched since the 60’s. KDC’s design is perfect and fits the style of the home. They did a beautiful job. So happy. Continue to use KDC for any remodeling/ repair needs.

My first project with Tom McQueen was remodeling my kitchen in 2003. That was followed in 2018-23 with two bathroom, Family Room, Hallway, Office and Library renovations. Tom and his staff are professional, friendly and trustworthy. Tom is innovative and detailed oriented. He created fabulous renovations, incorporating my ideas with his designs.The workmanship is flawless (my kitchen still looks new). As a painting contractor I have worked alongside the KDC team a number of times. I have always been blown away by how well run their projects are. As most probably know, this is not often the case in the home service industry. Their schedules are remarkably accurate, their clients are well taken care of (this is something we notice very well when we come into a project in it's end stage) and the end product is top notch. All fine and good....but what compelled me to write this review is what I saw last week at an Alamo KDC remodel as I was doing final touch ups. The customer, upon saying goodbye to the job foreman for the last time, hugged him and began to cry, noting how much she was going to miss the team. If you have any experience in this field you know what tremendous significance that has....after having her home occupied by contractors for months, she was moved to tears as they left on the last day of work. One of the best testimonials that I can imagine as a contractor.

Tom and the entire team were a joy to work with on our kitchen remodel. Our designer Andrea provided a wealth of suggestions, and was patient with our changing ideas and proposals. The construction crew did flawless work, with every detail and finish done to perfection. They arrived on-time, communicated the plan for the day, and left the worksite tidied up at the end of each day.
