They were offering a special for $70 for a basic cleaning and an inspection for other treatments, saying that chemical treatments would be an additional surcharge. Most other places charge around $200, so I was pretty excited. When I tried pointedly asking what the price would be for a treatments, they suddenly couldn't (or wouldn't) answer the question. But they scheduled me for the same day, and when the tech called, he told me that the chemical treatment would be $275 or $350 with a deluxe treatment. I cancelled the appointment. Everyone was very polite over the phone, but I would have loved to know what the cost of the things was before I wasted a day waiting for an appointment

This company is a big scam. They came to our home, took two carpets, and charged us an excessive amount to clean them. They claimed $364 for each carpet, which we thought was too much, but since we needed the service, we agreed. They also asked for a 10% tip. They told us the carpets would be ready within 10 to 14 days. After that time passed, we called them, and they said they would speak with the technician and call us back, but they never did. Weeks have now gone by, and they are not answering our calls. This is a serious scam.

Deceptive practices and scummy behaviorI hired Green Team for a rug cleaning. They ended up not even bothering to clean it before return, which they did after twice as long as quoted. I tried to get a refund earlier and they claimed they couldn’t because it was already being cleaned, but it has very clearly not, still being covered with stains and crumbs from the time of pickup. Because of the failure to clean, the brazen lie about it being cleaned, the delay where they were clearly just keeping my rug stored for weeks at the bottom of a van, and their refusal to issue any kind of refund led me to having to get a chargeback on the service as a whole.Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

I hired Certified Green Team to clean my dryer vent. The technician cleaned it from inside my house and never went outside to the exterior of the vent. So in the process of cleaning from the inside, he knocked off two of the slats. Shortly thereafter, I could hear birds and I saw them carrying twigs inside the vent. I called Certified Green Team and was told that a manager would call me back within 24 hours. Weeks went by and I still had not heard back from them. I want everyone do not hire them to clean your dryer vent! I had to hire another company to fix the damage they did!

The young man who picked up my rugs, negotiated the cleaning costs, and eventually returned them was an excellent representation of the company. The rugs were not terribly dirty, but they looked very good upon return. Unfortunately, I grew concerned when I checked in well after the expected date of completion, but I was never able to get through with the company number listed on my paperwork, always getting a busy signal. Thankfully, I had the number for the above man who was able to make the return delivery happen.

He showed us how much lint had built up over time and explained everything clearly.The airflow improved a lot, drying time is shorter, and we feel much safer knowing the vent is finally clean.
