The roofing process went smoothly and looks amazing. The roof was leaking and needed substantial work to get it upgraded to needed structural strength as well as it looks great. We had to have a new skylight put in to replace the old leaking skylight.We will be gutting new gutters later this summer as well.

We're still in process of a full roof replacement (full tear off and replacing the plywood, reworking the roofline, and then a full re-roof), but so far the team at Alfred's Roofing has been wonderful. We've only completed the prep steps, but the crew is always on time, VERY hard working, and my favorite part is how well they clean up multiple times each day during the very messy "tear off" phase...that's been wonderful. When we had an issue (rain in the middle of the project), they responded right away to correct it. More soon when the roof is completed!

We had a major reroof that needed to be done, there’s so many roofing companies out there, we got quotes from large companies to small. Hands down Alfred’s is the one to go with, great communication, experience and small company. No high pressure sales, just honest and hardworking. If you need a reroof definitely call around, but Alfred’s worked out great for us!

We had a home built in 2021 during the pandemic. We wanted Malarkey roofing material, but Alfred's only uses IKO. IKO requires metal valleys, Alfred's installed our roofing with the valley weave method, which invalidates our roof warranty 18 inches on each side of the valley. So, 36 inches on each valley is not covered under warranty. A certified IKO dealer that is not installing the product with IKO's installation requirements.
