Awesome folks
We dropped in from the Bay Area and had such an awesome time with Greg and JR! Class was well placed with a warm up, AMRAP, and cool down. JR was especially great at providing feedback during the workout to help make adjustments throughout. Highly, highly recommend for a great session in this area!!!!

I joined CrossFit a little over a month ago and it has been a wild ride! But I feel stronger and tasks in my everyday life are easier. My core feels stronger and I feel good. Best experience in a gym. Started in April of 2022, overweight, sore joints and a bad ankle. The coaches modify the workouts as needed for me personally and push me just enough. I am able to do things I was never able to do! We are like a family here!
This is the place for you! This gym is so fun and friendly! Everyone is motivating and the coaches are great at modifying the work outs for everyone! I thought I would try it for a month and I’ve been hooked ever since!

It’s a great place to start my day! I just have to show up and the coaches tell me what to do to. All the movements are beyond helpful for everyday life. Great people come to workout. It’s been a much better experience than trying to figure out my own routines alone at normal gym!

I highly recommend if your looking to get in better shape they are very encouraging. I started with 6 week program. It’s a healthy community and the coaches and the people make that 1 hour very enjoyable. I am still going there 12 months later. Thanks Greg and Robert

The best gym in the area. Instructors care and create workouts based on every person’s skill level. Structured workouts to cater to your goals, all done on an app you can check daily. Every piece of equipment needed for a good workout. Highly recommended.

I’m so happy to have found Crosstown CrossFit 3 years ago. Greg and the other coaches do an excellent job of teaching technique, ensuring everyone is moving properly, and providing options for scaling based on injury and ability. As a physical therapist, I had reservations about starting up with CrossFit, but Greg and the community at Crosstown have been awesome. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I've been coming since November 2021. The coaches have been amazing. Greg, Mike and Robert have been incredible in my journey. They are encouraging while still pushing me outside my comfort zone. I have lost 70 lbs and gone from a size 22 to a size 10. The gym is clean and the people who go here are amazing. It's been an incredible experience. I can not say enough about this gym!!!!

BEST CROSS FIT GYM EVER! They take there time really focusing on everyones form and always have a solid warm up to reduce any chance of injury. I came here to help prepare for U.S Army Ranger corse and when I showed up to Ranger school I was ahead of the game. The gym is great for first time crossfiters or for seasoned crossfiters. The team is very professional and Greg the mountain is a God.

I came from Gold’s looking to learn a little beyond traditional gym machines and get some muscle gain and can not believe how much I have actually gained in every area of my life. This facility is very spacious, open, fresh air is always flowing, you get individualized professional and expert instruction on how to move weights, use your body properly to develop foundational skills (like squats, push ups, pull ups, step ups, etc) and nutrition insights that you will keep for your entire lifetime. And you get these things every day! People are setting and accomplishing so many goals of different sizes all around you and the family vibes are so awesome. Every class time slot is great in its own way. Every skill you learn here is applicable in your every day life, in some way, it really is a cool and unique method to achieving fitness and finding who your best self really is! I’ve been able to compare this CrossFit gym to some others out of town and crosstown stands out the most with its extremely well thought out programming and detailed warm ups and cool-down mobility options. I feel so lucky this gym is right here in our own community. My teenager (never has been a part of a sport before besides some little league bball) started taking classes with me at 14 years old and it’s also the BEST decision I’ve ever made with him. In some ways just showing up, when teen life was really getting him down, was and still is his life line. He’s grown so much! Community, great programming the Coaches care and help you find your own strengths. I started Crosstown crossfit from a challenge. I couldn't move off the couch, now 85lbs lighter and stronger than ever. Love going 5 days a week, schedule is flexible to work into my life.
