(I was in a bit of a panic when I had contacted Magic initially after having found out there was mold in my basement.. I have a dog and 2 cats, one of which has asthma so hearing “mold” was alarming to say the least), but Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away, between taking the time to explain everything and all of my options to me and the clear care and pride he takes in what he does, it was easy to relax knowing I’d have a safe, mold free home for me and my pets! Excellent service! They were prompt and very professional throughout the whole ordeal. We had two sump pumps put in. So far, we’ve had two companies say the work done by Magic Basement was excellent. Would highly recommend!!

Alex came out and told us everything we needed to repair in our basement after our sump pump failed in our French drain during the August 2024 flash flood. Steve and Chris came a few days later and did a phenomenal job in getting us back on our feet with an impressive job rerouting our drain pipe and installing a new sump pump. Very happy with the service from Magic Basement Services. Alex and the repair crew were attentive, prompt, respectful, got the job done and cleaned up everything. I would hire them again. UPDATE 8/19/24 pleasantly surprised with the tremendous rainfall our basement didn’t flood. There isn’t a drop or water anywhere
