We bought a home built in 1959 and wanted to ensure we didn't have any structural/foundation concerns that needed to be addressed. Nick came by one evening, accommodating our schedules, and spent a decent amount of time walking the house and listening to all of our questions. Nick even spent time after our visit researching our style home to ensure him and his team understood our structure. In the end, it was determined that everything is sound, no work is needed, and Nick was HONEST about that. To know that this company will not just sell you unnecessary work to make money is AMAZING and we respect Nick so much for his honesty. We will 100% keep this company in mind if we need basement or disaster restoration services in the future and would recommend them based on our dealings with Nick.

Huge thank you to Magic Basement Services for a fantastic, stress-free experience from start to finish! (I was in a bit of a panic when I had contacted Magic initially after having found out there was mold in my basement.. I have a dog and 2 cats, one of which has asthma so hearing “mold” was alarming to say the least), but Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away, between taking the time to explain everything and all of my options to me and the clear care and pride he takes in what he does, it was easy to relax knowing I’d have a safe, mold free home for me and my pets! I can’t say enough how relieved I was to feel like I was in good hands with people who care about what they do. You guys are amazing! Thanks again!

Excellent service! They were prompt and very professional throughout the whole ordeal. We had two sump pumps put in. So far, we’ve had two companies say the work done by Magic Basement was excellent. Would highly recommend!!
