Perfect for families; no sitter tonight? bring the kiddos along while mom and dad get their boxing on, the kids can enjoy the free playroom. Not into boxing and JJ, there are plenty of other fitness classes to choose from. Paris and Brian have really outdone themselves. Our son’s confidence and life skills that he is building is difficult to match outside of Juijitsu. The atmosphere and energy is electric. My kid feels safe and confident and being local is a blessing. More small towns need to have something like this to offer. Great coaches and affordable!!! Less

This is a great establishment, the owners hold hold the highest standard of proffesionalism and are just great people overall.
