We’ve been attending this gym for a few years now (including their first location) and we love it. There is something for everyone, our kids, myself and my husband! We enjoy the group fitness classes and love how they offer morning and night options for these. The adult and kids Jiu jitsu classes are wonderful, we adore professor Bryan and all his knowledge and patience with our kids! There are a ton of options to attend one of these classes as well, evenings, or daytime homeschool times for children and open mat on the weekends!

EAA isn't your run of the mill gym, it's got a really wonderful and inviting vibe. Perfect for families; no sitter tonight? bring the kiddos along while mom and dad get their boxing on, the kids can enjoy the free playroom. Not into boxing and JJ, there are plenty of other fitness classes to choose from. Paris and Brian have really outdone themselves. The new location/building on Broadway has been a welcome addition to the Downtown Estacada businesses. 100% recommend to EVERYONE.

EAA has been a fantastic addition to Estacada! It’s evident that Paris and Brian have put so much love into making this gym a family style gym and it shows! Where it really shines for me is I have been able to bring my little one to group fitness classes while getting a workout in, something I’ve never been able to do before. Also, Boot Camp with Jamie is the BEST, I always walk away feeling accomplished and STRONG! Can’t wait to see EAA flourish and thrive in the coming year(s)!

Besides the great training and fitness classes, what I find unique about this place is how Brian and Paris, the owners, run it. With most gyms and fitness centers, their goal is to lock you into a contract after charging a dozen different sign up fees, yearly dues, maintenance fees, administration fees, credit card fees, fee fees, fee fo fi fum fees... and it's so frustrating! Not this place! You can get your ENTIRE FAMILY mom, dad and kids a membership and there's something for everyone. Kids need a healthy outlet? They got that. Mom or Dad wants to do adult BJJ, plenty of time slot options. Mom or dad not into the "hardcore" stuff? No problem! They also have fitness classes, Pilates and even candlelit yoga. So whether you get a whole unlimited membership or a punch card, the whole family has affordable options. ARE YOUR LITTLES TOO LITTLE? If there are kiddos that are too young to join in with their siblings for class, there's a really great kids play room they can hang out in while their brothers and sisters participate in class.
