I was reluctant to call and pay a company to come out and clean my siding on the house, when through the years I did it myself, but could never reach to the top, never get it all cleaned .The green mold and dirt would build up and become very unpleasant to look at. I have a national account property with lichen and mold growing o the awnings - got to love the south - Bluegrass Soft Wash vistited the property within 24 hours or my request. Passed me decent pricing and when released had the project wrapped up in days. The professional line I really appreciated was when we were passed numbers in case the mold tried to grow back in a month or so. this wasn't an addon it was a just-in-case. Because this was a cloth awning their team had be gentle. This little note made us look really good with the client as it showed we cared and we were letting them know ahead of time of a potential issue. So far so good and the awning looks almost new! Nathan and his team were extremely responsive to my request for quote and in scheduling me right away for a full house washing early the following week. I have to say that I was extremely impressed both with the quality of the service and with their efficiency. Our house is on a significant grade and backside access is difficult with our roof apex almost exactly 40ft. off the ground on a slope. We bought this home about two years ago, and it had, I think never been pressure washed. I don't think the gutters had ever been cleaned before I cleaned them...so twelve years? It was grimy to say the least. But it essentially looks like a brand new home. I'm a cynic by nature, so when I tell you that I was absolutely thoroughly impressed by the difference...I mean it. This was truly the best money spent this year! The house looks absolutely amazing! I honestly wish I had taken the time to take before and after photos...it is such a difference. We had the house, gutters, railing, detached 2 car garage AND our horse trailer all done. It was so worth it! I was blown away with how easy it was to contact the business, get scheduled, get a quote and then actually have the services completed when they said they would do so. I called on a a Thursday morning, to see if he thought he could do our patio and balcony/deck. He was out the next day, I had a quote the following morning. He was on time, had all of his equipment and went to work. We have been here five years, as the original owners and we have tried each year to clean the two areas mentioned above. Nathan washed our house today and the results were fantastic. This is the first time that the exterior of the house has been cleaned in 24 years. The gutter, soffit, and all other trim on the house came cleaner than I was expecting. I texted him pictures of my house and he promptly gave me a quote and a day that he could do it. He came when promised and completed the job quickly. He even cleaned our outdoor storage building for an additional charge (cheaper and faster than I could have done it).
