I was Looking to learn boxing just to help fitness and learn something new, as a hobby and soon went in gym put at ease really nice instructors looking forward to learning more as I go.

Showed up for my first day of ladies only kickboxing very nervous, although everyone was very welcoming and I could not wait to go back, have only been a few times since then, but I can't wait to keep going back.

Been taking my some and daughter there for nearly a year and they absolutely love it and the love coach lee aswell he's great with kids it's a bit expensive but it's worth it

Fantastic set up, made to build the confidence of young people in a really positive environment. My son is absolutely loving these classes!
