AJR hands down has amazing and attentive customer service!They delivered and installed a complete new Rheem system at our residence. The installation crew was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up the work area when they were finished.We emailed James on a Saturday regarding a couple of tweaks that were needed. James immediately responded to our emails and sent Nate out on Monday to take care of everything. Nate went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction.Thank you, AJR, for promptly getting our cool air back on, listening to our concerns, and responding so quickly. Update: Consistency is key! As the years go by, from the tech to the office staff, AJR knocks it out of the park! This company is the what you would find next to the definition of EXCELLENCE. I cannot say enough good things about the service provided.Update: AJR does not disappoint! Long story short, Murphy's Law... but AJR was there in a hurry, took care of the necessary repairs, professional, courteous, thorough. I am a customer for life! THANK YOU!!!AJR really set the standard high! They even returned my call after hours & made good on their promise to have a tech out first thing the next morning to gather info to provide a quote for two (2) complete heat pump systems. The tech was prompt & professional. The owner went above & beyond to get my business, answered questions & offered advice about what to ask other contractors bidding the job, along with providing an extremely competitive bid. Always a little scary when someone wants money up front, but the deposit is to cover the cost of the equipment being installed. The installers showed up on time, were courteous & kind enough to explain things so I could understand, they cleaned up after themselves & finished the job in a timely manner as promised. I can only hope AJR will meet the level of expectation they have set for themselves if/when a problem arises with the new equipment they installed. I will certainly be keeping them on my contractors list & would recommend them for any job, big or small. Thanks AJR for going out of your way!

Great work. The came and fixed the washer and dishwasher. Had to order the right parts. But all in all they did a great job.I even call them back a fridge issues a week later. And he came back today to fix it.
